The Hunter, if lynched, would have the opportunity to shoot and kill one other person. But only if lynched. Because Kami was Mafia'd, his role didn't come into play.
The Vigilante had the opportunity to PM me any night and name one other person he/she wanted to kill. The Vigilante, for this game, only had one shot.
For the Insane Sheriff, I returned the opposite answer for each person investigated (though Sigfried was not informed of this beforehand; to his knowledge, he was a regular Sheriff). So, for example, he investigated Kaden one night, and I 'informed' him that Kaden was a townsperson, whereas Celena (when investigated) was Mafia.
