I'm not certain I'll be able to drum up a 3-person panel to vote on this.
So, we're going to do something different. This thread is re-opened for voting. The next vote decides the victor. That vote will still need to be accompanied by C&C indicating that the voter has read the topic.
If this thread has not been resolved in 24 hours, I will determine the victor with a coin flip.
