EDIT: Update from LoAL: we'll be able to make changes to our roster mid-season as long as its approved by whoever they decide will make those kind of LoAL decisions. The guy I'm communicating with (Bearasaurus) made it sound like that isn't something we should worry about, really.
Also of interest is that we are the first team to submit a correctly formatted application. With that in mind, I'd like to provide you all with a link to their sample application.
