I stopped playing Yugioh right around when synchro monsters were introduced. However, I looked up all the monster effects as well as the spell cards I wasn't familiar with.
From my limited knowledge, it's a pretty solid deck. I would remove two spell cards (one being Tuning, the other I don't know) to keep it at 40 as well as giving you an even better monster:non-monster ratio. A lot of your deck focuses on getting your monster cards to the grave so you can summon them, then summon your synchros right? Well, the more monster cards you have, the more likely they'll be sent to the grave through effects like your Lightsworn or Card Trooper monsters. Other than that, I think it's a pretty beast deck if I'm reading these effects right.
