If you have the inspiration to write as Sigfried, write as Sigfried. Not allowing you to fluid time stifles one of the only flickers of actual activity remaining on this site. Also, the RPG as a competitive game is more or less dead, so you should be able to write however, whenever and wherever you want. It's whatever at this point.
