[LoM-3] Day Three

I'm going to explain everything in one post, again, so read it please.

Here's what happened during the last day. I voted for Mal (because that's what I always do until I have more information). Then the thread was fairly quiet, so I decided to pull a Waff and run a propaganda campaign to at least get people talking beyond Blue and Mal's back and forth. Around 5 hours away from the end of the phase, I revealed my card, which was that I knew Mal was a townie, and that he was Teemo (without being specific as to keep roleplays by Ashe interesting). I was very specific to reveal that I knew what champ he was as to add legitimacy to my claim. After all, if I wasn't, Mal could have called me out. So that play allowed me to ensure that myself and Mal trusted each other, at the very least, as well as creating a bandwagon to ban a (now) clear townie as to better gain information.

Unfortunately, only Blue listened to me, as everyone else either didn't care (Kaden) or just wasn't there anymore (either being "done" for the day and having input what they thought was enough to skirt past the radars, asleep, or lazy). And the curve ball ability that buffs a vote count ensured that Mal would be banned despite me retracting my vote.

Day 1, Ashe claimed that "nothing happened" during the phase, which I took as "no abilities went into play" during that day. Therefore, the vote power most likely belongs to somebody that voted on Day 2, but not on Day 1, and who voted for Mal. The three people that falls under that umbrella would be Anzekay, Kayne, and Vad. As I ALSO mentioned, it's very possible that the vote buff ability is an active ability, which would make all that deductive reasoning null and void. Even so, Anzekay, Kayne, and Vad are STILL the most likely candidates for owning said power.

Jumping on band wagons is an easy way for trolls to pretend to be working with the group while simultaneously eliminating players. Especially during the early game, where groups tend to be large, it's simple for trolls to hide among the crowd. Which is why I question the logic behind Rose's accusation. If I were a troll, why would I stick my neck out? Unless I was just playing stupid, the best strategy would certainly be to hide in the camouflage of wagons than to post a neon light on my head. Now, I could certainly understand that would suspect me if Mal was a troll, since then I'd be trying to defend my partner in crime, but he was clearly innocent.

Back to why I'm voting for Vad. He's one of the three I feel is most likely the person with the voting buff ability. I must have said this like 3 times already, but an ability that affects votes is incredibly powerful, especially the later the game goes. A single player holding so much power is dangerous, regardless of them being a player, a troll, or an other. Out of the three (again, Anzekay, Kayne, and Vad), I feel that Vad has the highest chance to be the target. Why? Kayne seemed hesitant to ban Mal, and Anzekay expressed interest to change his vote regardless. Vad was just throwing his chips forward with no intent of picking them back up. These observations change the odds by the smallest of scales, but the larger the odds the better, so Vad it remains.

Since I'm making a wall of text anyway, I might as well put my opinions on the rest out there, since I doubt I'll have any desire to continue posting like this any longer. Kaden is always suspicious, but I'll wait until he "explains" himself before saying why specifically, in case I give him a chance to blow off anything that would point attention to himself.

Anzekay, Kayne, and Vad all fall under the "possible vote buff" guys, and I already talked to death about that in the paragraphs above.

I don't think it's likely that Maruset is a troll, given that he was seemingly "killed" the first night and turned into an egg. It could also be that he is a troll, and he tried to kill somebody, but then was egged, but that seems unlikely for a troll to have such an ability.

Android 17 has been following my lead in voting for Mal the past two days. He totally could have been doing the same thing I was, just trying to start a bandwagon to see who takes the bait, but I don't really know.

I want to say that Rose is a player, but his broken logic is just confusing me while at the same time being "just enough" for players to jump on.

Teemer is not posting anywhere near enough to give an opinion about. Could be he's playing textbook troll and is trying to not be noticed, or he just disconnects all the time like he usually does.

I'm hesitant to reveal exactly what my power can do, but I'm willing to give a little more information about what Mal's Teemo power was. He could lay shrooms on people, and if somebody targeted that person, he'd know who that person was. It wouldn't stop their actions in any way, but he'd know, and they'd be told that they triggered it. Doesn't really matter since he's dead now, but hey, the more you know.
