Max Ki:
On the Roster and Ki list is shown a stat what includes the Maximum Ki you can reach. Things included are: SSJ/SSJ2/SNS/UNS/Transformation_x/Android Upgrade/Kaioken/SKK/Spiritken/Oozaru/Battle Charger/Upgrade #1/Enhanced Bio Armor/Elite Saiyin-jin Armor/Warrior Namek-sei-jin Armor. Only the Battle Charger and it's upgrade is compatible with transformations.
ALLIANCES:
In your Training section, you see a sub-section called 'Alliance Information'. There are many benifits from joining an Alliance, because you are stronger together then as one. Also, you can buy things together. I give a description for all the options.
-Create Alliance - You can create your own alliance if you want. Make sure you use an original name. You will be Alliance Leader automatic with full administrator rights.
-Join an Alliance - If someone from another alliance has recruited you, you can decide to Accept or Reject. A choicebox will show just below the Alliance Information words. You can only Accept joining an Alliance if you are not already in one.
-Leave Alliance - You can choose to leave your Alliance. You have to vink the white box and then push the button to proceed. If you are the Administrator, the character that's next in line as a 'Supported Alliance Member' will become the new Leader. If you are the last person in the Alliance, the Alliance will be removed. That includes the Zeni Account, HQ and Alliance Stash. They don't transfer to your character, since they are Alliance only. You can ask the Staff to transfer them to another alliance though.
-Rank - If you have been given an Alliance Rank, it shows here.
-Give Alliance Zeni - You can transfer money from yourself to the Alliance Zeni Account with this. NOTE: Do not add money to the alliance zeni pool. The program is currently not working properly. Money added to the zeni pool can not be spent or returned.
-Squire -You can train someone in your alliance that is weaker then you. You can give him a portion of your own Training Points in return that he has to obey your orders since you are his Master/Sensei. Note that you have to have this on during the Training Points giving out on Sunday. So you can change it during the week.
-Supporting Leader -Aah.. The lovely back-stabbing option. The Alliance Leader/Administrator needs the majority of the Alliance members to support him or else the command is given to someone else. Note that the Leader can not see who of his members support him or not, not even how many. It's a matter of Trust.
Administration Features:
-Alliance Zeni -Here you can see how much you have in your Zeni Account.
-Alliance HQ -Here you can see what kind of HQ you have. This determines the Training Points allowence of your members. Also, you only get Training Points from an HQ if you are on the same planet. As the Leader, you can pick the HQ up in a Capsule and transfer it to different planets.
-Alliance Stash -Here shows up what kind of items you have that are bought with the whole Alliance. For example Ships and Teleportation tubes can show up here.
-Alliance Relations -Here you can choose what kind of relation you have with other Alliances. Ranging from Good to Neutral to Bad.
-Alliance Member-Rights -You can have your own Alliance 'moderators' and give them a right to do things. For example, you can give someone the alliance Rank of Captain and allow him to Recruit and Kick members to and from the Alliance. There are three rights to give. Giving alliance member a Rank, Recruiting new members and Kicking alliance members.
Moderation Feautures:
-Alliance Ranks -You can give an Alliance member a custom Rank in the alliance.
-Alliance Recuiting -You can recruit any member from the RPG that is not already in your alliance. It's up to them to Accept or Reject your offer. Note that you can also take back your Recruiting by going to that person again and change the 'Yes' into the 'No' again.
-Alliance Kicks -You can throw someone out of the Alliance.
RULES:
There aren't many rules, cause they hold you back-I do have a few though:
If any of these rules are broken, you will receive a warning in the warning forum, and a Private Message (PM) stating what you did. After three Major warnings, you will be banned permanently.
Warning Offense Minor:
You will get two warnings before getting a ban warning if you break one of these rules as they are not that severe.
* Do not post in the wrong forum: Many people try to post things in the roleplaying forum that are obviously not roleplays just because they claim it is important, and most of the time it is extremely frivolous and pointless. Do not do this.
* Do not SPAM on the forums. The only exception is the Asylum. Everywhere else you will get a Warning for spamming. Do not do this.
* You must roleplay: Many people join up, and then don't show up for very long, or they will be extremely active, and then vanish. If we notice that you haven't posted in a while, or only post on the Out of Character (OOC) boards, then we will issue a warning.
* No IC acting while on the OOC boards, or using OOC knowledge: This means that we don't want evil characters making an ass of themselves OOC or over ICQ or in the chatroom, and then when asked why, claiming its because they are an evil character. While in the IC boards, you can be mean, though be reasonable. I don't think that Cell or Freeza would run around trying to steal other characters wives... which leads me to the next rule.
* Respect other members: Don't start something OOC just because their character can't fight you over it, or refuse to fight someone while disrespecting a characters wife or something. In this case, an exception will be made, and you will be forced to fight if the character who is under the offense wishes it. This will be taken on a case by case basis, to decide whether or not you were truly offended or just taking advantage of something.
* Signatures: must comply to a size of 300 height by 600 width with a max size of 50kb to keep all pages fast loading.
Warning Offense Major:
If you break one of these rules, it will result in an warning.
* Over use of profanity: Do not go overboard with pointless language. We do not encourage members to walk around testing out any new words that you've learned to make your parents mad. Sometimes, it may be appropriate in order to show character or such, but repeated use of F*** about five times a sentence is a bit too much.
* Do not lie to a staff member: This will be taken harshly. If you lie to either an administrator or a moderator, you are committing an extreme sin. Not only has this caused problems in the past, but it also slows down the rpg.
Instant Banning
* No hentai, porno, lemons, etc; Do I really need to explain this? Some adult content may be used, if in a mature manner and for a good reason, but don't go overboard. If you have a question as to whether or not its suitable, send it to a staff member through private messages.
* Playing as two Characters: Unless you can back your ass up with proof that you are not infact two people sharing a computer, you will be banned immediately.
Note: If you are sharing a computer with someone, or using a public computer that others may use, immediately let the staff know BEFORE any problems arise, when you join.
* Flaming: By this I do not mean arguing with another member and calling him stupid because of this (list a details and facts, the like). But of using an obscene amount of name calling like mother fucker, bitch, ass raper, gay. This also accounts for racial slurs and the like, making personal threats on the family, and making fun of disabilities. If you have a problem deal with the person you have a problem with.
* Final Rule: The administration owns you. This means that what they say, goes. There is a reason behind their actions, normally. We will not abuse this power, but we will use it from time to time.
Now, as you can see, this is long and some of it wont tell you everything you need to know.
Let's break it down.
1.1 Training and Stats
Training is the most important thing in the RPG. If you don't train, you wont gain any ki to make your character strong, So go out there and train.
The training page is when you go the Chubbs main page and on the left, scroll down and on the last link on the left, it will say training. Click it and a new page will come up.
This is the training page. Now, click the drop down arrow and a box will drop down, scroll down and find the character you have joined as. Once you do, put in the password you made for him/her.
When you first start the RPG you get 14 TP. TP are training points. You divide these among the stats you want to upgrade. You gain Training Points every sunday when a staff member, Android 18, gets on and presses the button to do what the program needs to be done to give you your TP.
There many things that will give you more TP too.
Also, stats give you TP. Let me break it down for you.
Physical Stats (Start at 240)
Strength
Defence
Speed
Recovery
Stamina
Attack Power
Mental Stats (Start at 150)
Intelligence
Luck
Determination
Most of those are obvious, but Intelligence is how smart your character is so he/she can do unique tactics, also, for every 50 Intelligence, you get a new move. That's why you start with 3 moves at the beginning, because 150/50=3 moves.
Luck is how lucky you are in fights. I never found a use for this but the good thing is, for every 100, you can get 50 extra zeni a week.
Determination is how determined you are to win. This is important to me, as well. Only because for every 100 determination, you get 1 extra TP a week.
Also, an important thing about Physical stats are that they rely on each other. You can't just tank on strength because it wouldn't work.
If you want a lot of strength you need attack power.
The stats go like so:
Strength><Attack Power
Defence><Recovery
Speed><Stamina
So if you are strong in speed but weak in stamina, you can't be very fast for a long time. So keeping these all as equal as possible is a good idea.
Other ways to raise your TP are to buy weighted clothing because it gives 1 extra TP a week and then get an alliance and then an alliance HQ.
Note: The password at default is qwerty. In the training program you can change it to whatever you like, though.
1.2 Spars/Fights
Spars and fights are another important part to this RPG. First, to start a spar or a fight you need to go to the spar and fight board. Then from there, go to the spar request board.
Then, ask for a request with the title stating what planet you are on and if it's a fight or a spar.
So if I was on Earth and wanted a spar, in the spar request board, I would put: Earth Spar
Then people can accept it if they want.
Spars go until give up or knock out or whoever wants to finish. The winner is determined by the two fighters.
There is no set limit for a number of posts but each person has to be equal in posts, it's not fair for one person to have 5 posts and the other have 3. So make it even!
A fight is to the death. You can get items from a person when fighting too, such as dragonballs, money, and other items that you want to fight for.
There is, again, no limit to how many posts but like I said before, make sure it is even. You do the same thing to request a fight as a spar but instead of Earth Spar, you would put Earth fight. Also, in a fight, staff decides who wins.
When posting on the spar and fight board, and it was a spar on Earth, the subject should be:
Earth Spar: (Person)vs(person)
Obviously "person" would be the two fighting characters. After the spar or fight is completed, a staff member will give the rewards they think the fighters earned.
1.3 Shopping
Shopping is a very important in the CDBZ universe. If you don't shop, you wont get a lot of the items you may need later. You would also need to buy ships here to go to other planets. See backgrounds for more information on planets and travelling.
There are a lot of things people don't know when it comes to shopping. All of the places you go are the Capsule Corp. Shops. All of the items are in capsules and are labeled. Different planets will have different things you can get. Like on Vegete-sei, there are illegal arms you can get. And on Arlia-sei, there are special armors and cloaks you can buy. One thing that seems to come up every now and then is if you can shop in Heaven/Hell/King Kai's. No. There are no CC shops on King Kai's so it is useless to ask. You are dead...so there =P
There are many things that confuse some people. There are upgrades for your armors, as some people notice. This is like Bug Skin Plate and Saibashard. They are difficult to get because they are scattered across the CDBZ Universe on a few planets. There aren't many but as soon as you purchase the ugrades they will boost your stats with the armor instantly.
1.3b Currency (Money)
Money here is like in the DBZ Anime, it's zeni. If you want items, you will need zeni to buy items for your character. As stated in 1.1, you get zeni every week and luck will increase how much you get a week.
Also, if you want to, you can loan people money if they need extra cash to buy items. But you have to know them IC and it's best if you are friends or in an alliance, otherwise, it will make completely no sense in the long run.
To earn money, you can do quests and sagas. Quests usually have zeni rewards, even if you do a personal storyline, you can get zeni for it.
