Exactly what he said, plus the fact that I only weigh 115 lbs. Yes, I eat a lot, but still only weigh that -_- Annoying. My gf tried to donate blood, but they brought up her anemia, so she can't Well, sometimes she can, and other times she can't, its weird. But when you do it, you feel weak for a while due to losing a large amount of blood, but then you feel so fresh and great afterwards, due to the rush from having fresh clean blood cells in your stream, and all the dead cells being removed.
