Okay, my serious advice.
You don't need help writing wise. You can roleplay Rad in any situation. My main concern is probably how you pick your allies. Everyone is going to want you out, and with good reason. You'll probably be victim of several people tricking you into getting jumped. Try not to do that. Don't allign with someone unless you can absolutely trust them.
You'll probably end with 18 for most of the saga. It's probably best for Rad IC that you stick with 18 until of you dies. You can both trust each other and you'll be a serious force to reckon with.
Bottom line is you're gonna be #1 on a lot of hit lists, so be prepared
