FACE TO FACE: Retane and Android 20
Before Retane could react, a new advisary was upon him. At first glance it looked like the human from the night before. Had he been trailed this whole itme sice their first encounter? The Namek turned heel and toe and litterally started to haul ass. Quickly he learned he wasn't fast enough to get away from his foe's powerful, projectile launcher.
He had to at least attempt to diverty the initial blast. Coming to a swift stop the mercenary turned and knelt low to the ground reaching for his deck of cards.They hadn't failed him yet, they wouldn't fail him now. To his surprise, the human shared the same facial expression as himself.
What is he doing? Wait though he looks similiar to the one from earlier, they aren't the same. Perhaps then there is a chance for an ally.
"I don't wish to see one of die this moment", Retane picked his words carefully. "But perhaps though we could allign ourselves together, and see that the others are eliminated before ourselves. After all", he continued as he saw that his picked works would allow him a better chance of survival, "we have three choices; Fight, in which one of us will get hurt or die or both; Go our seperate ways, and risk the hazards of this tournament alone, one hazard happens to be a Rocket Launcher by someone that looks similiar to yourself; or we can become allies. The choice is up to you. However, there is some bread over there, no matter what your choice. I don't eat it so perhaps you could beneifit from it's use. I am Retane."
"Twenty", came the offer," Android Twenty."
"So do we have ourselves an allaince then Twenty?"
