You're confusing strict and too strict. Giving second chances and understanding someone makes mistakes is a huge part of being a leader.
What other qualities do you posses? You only named one, and it sucked.

But that's not all there is to be a staff member. There is way more to it. Are you willing to put in the creative effort in making new features like the guild system? That took me and HF weeks to finish. Can you brainstorm new quests?
We arn't just enforcing rules, we're maintaining an entire roleplaying world.
