Something you might want to consider, 13: a new member starts out with 450 mentals.
Also, I want this to be new material for you guys. I say this because, frankly, it looks like you pulled that from somewhere else, 13. If you say you didn't, I'll believe you and congratulate you on impressing me with that level of... professionnalism in the appearance of your post.
EDIT: I may have misread. Did you mean Intelligence, Luck, and Determination must be at 400/500/600 individually or all together?
