Alright, well, let's all point out one thing that we think needs to be changed, and then once everyone's put out their idea, or refrained from stating an idea, we vote on our options. And then run with it from there.

Of course, if we run into a tie, or people start getting indecisive, I'll simply make the decision for us.

I'm still thinking of what the most important thing to change would be is at the moment. I'll post mine as soon as I figure it out.
