Alright. Each of you made two Techs. And now, I'm supposed to rate each of them, tell you how well/poorly you did, and make judgments based upon that, right?
That'd be pretty boring, I say.
Only three of these Techs will be accepted onto the site (fictionally). Decide amongst yourselves which three of these eight are worthy enough to be implemented onto the site. These means at least one person will not have any of his Techs accepted.
You have two days to reach a conclusion. Remember, this is a team effort. All four of you need to discuss this with one another for the decision.
