Might I note..
Charecter Changing will always be a problem. By altering the stat reducitions, your increasing the want for people to change chars. When all they are really doing is changing the looks of a person they can completely redisgn to the very soul of their fiber. The only think I know of that can not change with a person, is their blood ties. Simple as.
So, kindly, why should charecter changing actully be allowed to be used when only the aformentioned is not taken in to account?
