I used to take Concerta. People I talk to on aim tell me all the time I need ridilen, which is true, I have ADHD as well. Just not taking anything for it right now. The only thing that worked was Stratera, but that kind made me too mellow. Now I just have sugar and that calms me down. sugar and Caffine
