Minor cases of social phobia and manic depression. Self-diagnosed, from matching up symptoms and feelings with what these disorders mention. I couldn't ever bring myself to go to a doctor to find this stuff out unless it threatened my life. The manic depression used to be moderate level a while back, but I've been doing the best I can to stay positive, don't fixate one things you've done wrong, and just worry about the future. And the minor part of the social phobia is really just VERY minor. It's limited to mainly just being the focus of attention by a lot of people. That's what causes me to "clench up," more or less.
But yeah, most of all these problems are psychological, it's just a matter of you beating it, not it beating you. =)
