Pleasure working with y'all. Ratings are nothing personal.

Name: Cargo
Overall Rating: 6
Strengths: Communication (articulates his opinions well)
Weaknesses: Indecisiveness (changing his submissions)
Name: Toma
Overall Rating: 6
Strengths: Thorough (on the ball, readily pointing out what is missed)
Weaknesses: Lack of originality, lack of confidence
Name: Tapion
Overall Rating: 8
Strengths: Leadership
Weaknesses: Lack of diversity (two ?block? techniques)
1.) Who should be booted?
Toma. I didn?t pick you because of your lack of AIM (we still got the job done without any communication problem), or because none of your techniques were selected. I felt that both of your techniques were a rehashing of ones we already have, which was the difficulty of the task. The assignment was to be creative, and involving telepathy was good, but you didn?t quite make it. You contributed additionally by being able to help keep everyone straight, but that was diminished by a lack of confidence, always saying something along the lines of ?Yeah, I?m not going to go very far.? Even if you are a pessimist, keep it to yourself, and put up a strong front. Some people call it modesty; I call it putting a sign on your back that says, ?Run me over.?
2.) How could you have done better in this round?
While I was typing up my initial opinion (slow-poke), two people had posted above, and even after I saw them, I didn?t really do anything to accommodate the flow of action. I posted my opinion, but didn?t make a selection until the very end, which wasn?t very productive. Also, my second technique lacked originality, and was also a spin-off of one we already have, because I found it difficult to find a second that was useful, original, and moderately powered.
3.) Why should you not be booted?
I was prompt with my product, and put a lot of thought and energy to it. Short-circuit was original and creative, and was well received, which I think covered for my second one. I communicated with other group members outside of the thread to try and discuss the decision-making process and point out a couple of things about the techniques. It wasn?t my objective to fill a quota (if it sounded that way I didn?t mean it to), I just wanted to steer our focus to pick abilities that were useful but weren?t all the same, because that would be boring and wouldn?t give as many options.
