The tasks we have now are great, but we still need at least one individual task. That is why I think the first task should be modified a bit. I still like the idea of the applicants asked question about situations and the ones who answer them the best stay. Or we could have them say what is needs to be changed on Flubbs and in the second part of the task, have them change it and see how it goes. We can't just have team tasks here. Our goal is to pick the best one. So, since we only have three tasks to do this, I believe that we have to cut the fat early and have an individual task at the end to pick the "winner." We could switch order around a bit. Having Planning, then Leadership, then Updating/Moderating. They could all be good leaders or they could not. We could have a winner after the leadership test. But, we need an individual test to seperate the star applicants.

I like the second and the third tasks and how they flow together. The only complaint people are having is with it having to be more than a saga. So, why don't we just make it the entire site. That is the only way that we could completely test them. Let the apps run the site for a set amount of time and see who handles the job the best.
