A. Which of the three of you do you think is the least capable for the job?

B. What was the drive for you when you joined this competition, and what is it now? Has it changed?

C. Which assignment did you have the most difficulty with?

A. Twenty. If you were to ask me right now: "We're thinking of making Twenty staff. Tell us yes or no: should he be made staff?" In a heartbeat, I would say yes. However, we're all in a line-up, and you have to pick the least capable. Compared to me and Supes, he's more potential than substance. He has proven himself above the average member by helping with the guilds, and he passed his tasks with good merit. There are notable qualities abot Twenty that would make him an excellent candidate. However, I think he's a few rungs too short on the ladder between the three.

B. My original focus was about helping out, and giving back to the community that has treated me so well. But I would be lying if I said I didn't want to win, because I also want to prove that I am the best person for this job beyond a shadow of a doubt, and I can only do that by becoming the Idol. My original reasons still stand, because I've found myself (even before this competition) wanting to update people and wanting to be able to help them out as something only staff can do.

Describe a situation the you have seen with one of the current staff and state whether they handled it well or wrong, then tell how you would do it better. I odn't weant it to be something little, and it doesn't necassarily have to be a negative.
