I don't think there's any one quality I have that someone else on the staff doesn't. I'll admit that it's not common for someone to have all the staffing skills that most of the current staff and the Idol finalists have, but there are others already on the team who are just as good as we are. Really it's not about holding any one unique trait, but a combination of qualities that a good staffer should have. And I believe I've got the right mix.
