Super Administrator

As I understand it, purely owner position. Me and VJ might disagree on this, but I don't think the owner should hold authority over IC happenings, as he isn't actually that involved with the RPG. His decisions, thus, can't be as 'informed' as the other staff members, who are here all the time.

Administrators

The overseers. Admin get stuck in from time to time, but I see their main job as maintaining the overall sanctity of the site. They deal with all kinds of issues, from disagreements of every kind to whether or not certain things are allowed. It's their job to be a know-it-all, basically. That way, whenever anyone is unsure of anything, they can go to the admin and get a definite yes/no. I'm sure they do more behind the scenes, such as new content and sagas, but I see this as their main job.

Super Moderators

A midway point between Admin and Mod. They hold more authority than mods, and should have a good knowledge of the site and grasp of what does and doesn't fly. Generally they have more experience than the mods, and their opinion holds more weight when it comes to decision-making. They can also fulfill the duties of mods, but their first priority should be sagas and content.

Moderators
They shouldn't be as concerned with content as SMs and Admins; their job is to keep Updates flowing, so the higher-ups can concentrate on stuff like planning new content and sagas. That's not to say they can't give their input on such things, but Updates, Questions (that they can answer) and approving/denying stuff should be their first priority.

Story Guide
For when you're not sure if someone would make a good mod or not. You can put them in this position to gauge their abilities and the like, and, after a while, if you deem them suitable, you can promote them. Alternately it's just to indicate a mod who is very inexperienced, and so their answers to questions and the like should be taken with a grain of salt.
