How do you define Super Admin, Admin, Super Mod, Mod and Story Guide?

Super Admin
He's the guy who just makes sure that all the staff are doing their job. He should try to input ideas into Chubbs, but his real job is to lead and organize the rest of staff. He's also the person to approve anything big that concerns the site as a whole, as well as the one who would be a "tie-breaker" in a situation. Can approve joining applications.

Admin
They more or less run the site. While the Super Admin oversees everything, he doesn't have as direct a role in the site as the Admin would. The Admin leads the staff as well, makes sure everything runs smoothly, and also organizes new ideas so that the site constantly changes and adapts for the better. Also the one to approve things, so long as they aren't so big that they don't have any control of it, in which case the Super Admin would have to make the call. They can perform some moderating duties, but for the most part, they plan, organize, and lead. Can approve joining applications.

Super Mod: A mix between Admin and Mod. They still have to keep up with some of their moderating duties, but not as much as they used to, as the Mods are the ones to keep up with that for the most part. They plan ideas for the site, oversee the Mods, and offer insight to the Admin and Super Admin. They also can approve some decisions, but only small things, as most decisions must be made by the Admin. Can approve joining applications.

Mod: It's harsh to say, but the "grunts" of staff. They do the most of the moderating and updating on the boards. They must make sure that the members are in line, and that the members requests are fulfilled or denied, based off of the rules. They are the enforcers of the rules and the people who make sure the basic activities of the site continue to move along. Can approve joining applications.

Story Guide: The "junior staff." They don't have any moderating or updating duties to fulfill, as they lack many real staff powers. However, they are responsible for helping out the Mods, Super Mods, Admins or Super Admins whenever called upon. This can mean helping in writing up parts for a saga, writing up quests, alerting Mods to places where rules are being broken, and answering questions posed by members. Unlike all the other positions of staff, they cannot approve joining applications.
