Please find three cases where warnings were given out (maybe even look for warnings that were given out before the clean slate if you remember 'em) and state why you disagree witht his ruling, and find three cases where a warning was not given out and you think it should have been and state your reasoning.

He was only really causing a ruckus in the Asylum. Give him a 24-hour ban to demonstrate that he?s in hot water, and rather than give him the opportunity to ?be an overall moron? and ?piss everybody off,? it should have been that he was banned from the Asylum for a lengthy amount of time, if not for good. After a period of time, gradually let him back in, as in, give him access for only so many hours, and then take it away, and if he goes without spamming, the time that he is allowed in gradually increases. However, if his ?probation? is violated take away Asylum privileges completely.

While it?s difficult to nail down a single post, I picked this one because it was most recent. Retane has had a history of perpetuating fights and arguments, and taking this to a public forum under the intent of purposefully instigating should warrant something.

Pure spam. It was under my jurisdiction, so that was up to me. If not a warning, then at the very least a verbal reprimand.




While the task specified three for each, that?s all I got for ya without being too much of a hard-ass. I?m sure I could list a billion things of Will?s I would warn for, but that?s too easy. I also agree with the remainder of the warnings in the forum. Staff usually only warns if there are multiple offenses, the offense is blatantly obvious, or if they?re on tilt.


I may or may not be able to answer any questions after this, as the impending deadline is drawing near and I will have difficulty getting on a computer due to work and the like.
