Wii > PS3/Xbox360
It's still too early to tell who will win between PS3 and Xbox360 for second place, but I think it's pretty safe to say that Nintendo will win this gen. Easily. They're using the strategy that made the DS such a success: Target those who would not normally buy a system. They're the only ones doing this. Nintendo realized a long time ago that there's this large demographic that lays untapped. DS tapped that demographic. The Wii will try (and probably will) do the same.
It's appeal to hardcore gamers is obvious as well. Take a glance at the GameFAQs polls. GameFAQs is known for being hardcore, and anti-Nintendo. Yet, according to the polls, Nintendo has roughly twice as much support as the PS3. Twice. That's quite a jump.
The Wii wins, hands down. It's launch is spectacular, by Zelda alone. I've heard nothing but good reports about this game. With MP3, Super Mario Galaxies, and Super Smash Bros. Brawl on the way, with countless other great games that haven't been mentioned, this will be THE system of the future.
The only two games I'll be missing from other systems is Halo 3 for the Xbox 360, and Final Fantasy XIII on the PS3.
