Until now, I've pretty much just had to hold back the tears when a cool PC game comes out, since my Laptop can't run shit. But I'm getting a new desktop provided by my university this week or the next, and it's pretty powerful. 3.4GHz Dual-Core Processor, a gig of ram, and a 245mb graphics card, if the specifics are important.

So what I want to know is, what good PC games should I get? I already have Oblivion and Black & White 2 ready to be installed. F.E.A.R is another thing I'm considering. But I need to know more! Bear in mind that I can't play online games on my college connection. =(

TES: IV Oblivion
TES: III Morrowind (The PC Expansions r0x0rs)
Halo: Combat Evolved PC (It gets boring, and is kind-of an online game, but you can still have fun downloading modded levels and stuff)
Age of Empires II: The Age of Kings (You can get gold edition, too, way better)
Age of Empires III (Buy the expansion if you want, but it's nothing special)

If you'd read the post you'd know I had Oblivion!!111 Dammit!111 Eleventy!111 >=O

In fact I'm playing it now. On my other computer, like a true nerd. I really wanna res that Oblivion topic so I can rave about how cool my guy is (Argonian, of course.) but I don't wanna necro twice one day. >_>
