Much better, but a few other suggestions ^_^
Okay, so the text. Make something like a glow, or white stroke, so that it stands out just a bit more. My particular suggestion:
Duplicate the layer, the bottom one stroke it 2px white on the outside, set the blending of the layer to OverLay. Top one apply a motion blur, about 2-3px in the direction the sig flows, top-left, bottom-right.
Also, on the pics, to make them stand out a bit more, like the right Cell pic, do something like this (if you made a darker sig, with not much colour at all, pick another color, and select the layer with the pic. Right-click > Blending Options. Select Outer Glow, click the gradient and change the yellow from the first part to the color you chose. Then play with the spread/size, but not before setting the glow blending to OverLay. Then play with the ones, and look when you get colour spreading through the black.
Anything else I didn't talk about is good.
Practice makes perfect ^.^
EDIT: Almost forgot, the Gohan one I like most so far.

A decade ago, I never thought I would be, at twenty-three, on the verge of spontaneous combustion. Woe-is-me.
