Wait, wait wait...Time freeze is allowed?! Yes, I know this is staff only, but my question is relevant. other than posting it in another thread, I just post here, saddite?

Anyhoo, what would Time Freeze, like, encompass? Can we actually freeze time for a set period, and what are the limitations?
