There aren't any werewolves in the RPG, to my knowledge, and no, Vampire Man doesn't have a full moon form as saiyans do. In most fictional representations, vampires don't transform on the full moon, but what matters is DB, and Vampire man didn't have that ability.

You could, however, if you wanted, roleplay his Spiritken as something similar when you unlocked it.
