I'd also like to add that in Hellsing, nowhere does Alucard/Dracula transform as a result of the full moon. He can just shapeshift into different creatures like bats, hellhounds and so on (note that only he can do this, not any of the other vampires in the series). If you wanted to copy that, you could learn Shapeshift.
