Anyhoo, Spiritken can be basically customized to make you into a pair of bouncing buttcheeks if you wanted it. Myself, I have two different forms for both Untrained and Trained, evolving sorta like a pokemon. With frickin' wings, tail, fangs the works.

Basically, its up to you to have the imagination of what you do with it. Spiritken is just the name of the transformation over the powerup. x10 and x20 are still basically the same, just different names for the different races.
