Don't be stupid, KV wouldn't do that.
... >_>
Anyway, as long as you work your whole body and not past your limits, you're fine. I'm a complete hypocrite though since I have stick arms

I back down. KV is right. His graph proves it, people who exercise die young. If you deny it you're fooling yourself.

Well, actually, KV is probably right. If you fought tigers all your life, and you killed everyone, then it would probably be a very extreme workout. Alot better then the modern stuff.

Prolly 200 something, although I haven't tried recently. I did pick up two girls at the same time at a party the other night. This one girl, who is pretty small, was picking up people much larger than she is, and so she could lift up the skinny guys. So I said, "Oh, try me!" and I'm 6'1" 220, and she managed to get my feet off the ground, so I picked up her and her friend, probably around 5'6" (?) ish probably the 120 range. Yeah, pretty amusing.

I bench about 125 max with 10 reps. I'm fourteen so maybe that's good. I'm higher than most of my friends except the ones that are all jocky and what not, my goal is set for 170 or so. With Tripod Extension I do 110 ten times and I continuously lift 20-35 lb dumb bells for a few minutes. My muscles are good, I guess. I think? I would like tips, though.

My ex was a total work-out freak and so I ended up working out with him a lot after school. Thanks to him I can bench about 125-130 lbs. and I only weigh 115, and I'm about 5'3", 5'4"....

I'm just aq quarter inch shy of 5' 3'', but i can straight bench 300 with my legs easy. With my arms, however, probably about 150-200. Cause I'm good like that, and my dad's fam is a bunch of overgrown ukranians. >.<
Fuck you, Photobucket.

I have never done any serious bench pressing, so I couldn't tell you for sure. My swim coach doesn't want us maxing out, because that only builds muscle mass, and in case you didn't know, that's a bad thing in swimming. He only wants us to do about half our potential, but do it for as many reps as possible.
Unfortunately, my swim group stopped doing weights and switched over to drylands, so I can hardly remember what I did. I know that I was holding over 200 lbs leg extensions for about 50 reps at a time. Upper body... eh, not a clue.
