Im sorry to dissapoint, or to even prove some of you right but I have to drop out. I have lost the document a few times with recent computer problems and just can't really think of any way to get it done. Im sorry for holding up the process here.

BJ no need to ask me if I change my mind, I don't feel it is right for my team, or the rest of the competition for me to continue to hold them up any longer.

Here's what I'm gonna do, Murasaki. I'm going to switch the order around, let someone take your place. If it gets back to you and still don't want to do it, that's fine. Otherwise you can take another shot at it.

New Order:

Super Buu (submitted)
Bujin
Son Goten
Murasaki

?Obviously not,? spat Bibidi. ?I have as little faith in your fighting ability as you do. You will teleport the fighters one-by-one to the planet Gulbar, obviously keeping your distance.?

?B-but ?? stammered Belantres.

5 hours, Bujin. If there's no PM in my inbox by 11:00 pm Pacific time, you're eliminated.

In the event that happens, Son Goten will have until Midnight of the 18th to continue the saga in Bujin's place.

I'll assume the worst.

Basically what I'll be doing is taking the piece of work and expand upon it to the best of my ability, correct?

The next part of the saga's storyline, assuming everything would go exactly as it was intended.

You may use any characters as though they were NPCs, as stated before.

You still have three and a half hours. Something is significantly better than nothing in my book.

If Bujin sends something in and I don't get it posted tonight, its because I fell asleep.

Oh crap. Didn't catch this when it was posted.

Would it be too much to ask a day's extension? Had the whole senior pictures to take care of plus the inability to work late with summer school tomorrow.

If not I completely understand, I can try but it won't be too much quality that I'd wish it to be.

Fine. 24 hour extension. The less of it you use, the better.

Ouch, my apologies for asking.

Wrote it up since I figured it wouldn't be fair of me to ask for an extention.

"LET ME GO!" Struggling with the ferocity of a held back wild animal, Trunks trashed viciously about. Wrists, ankles, and waist all bound tightly though the empty view of any true bonds perplexed the half breed. Even more so was the fact that he resided with this one other being ahead of him being led through the darkness. Clutching his teeth tightly the hybrid focused in an attempt to achieve the strength of his ascended form to find yet another barrier separating him from true power. All around lifted a certain putrid smell of decay that seem to pull itself forth from every depth, crevice and corner of the shadows into a massed odor.

"Enjoy your stay." Said the voice as they halted, Trunks near what felt like a side of a wall for his back touched against something solid yet cold still bound tightly. "You will be joined momentarily."

Fleeting steps echoed distantly as he truly was... entirely alone...

Several characters were mentioned, not just Trunks, btw.

Murasaki is up. You have until midnight on the 21st, pacific time (GMT -8).

Seeing Bibidi smile was an unusual sight. The short, green-skinned wizard wasn?t exactly famed for his fairy godmother-esque demeanor. But, if anything, the pleasure smeared across his features made him all the more disgusting. The sides of his mouth were curled upwards in anticipation of what was to come. Smugly he sat in the chair before his desk, taking generous sips from a goblet of some acid-green liquid.

Then, with no warning, a knock came on the door.

?Come in,? came Bibidi?s high-pitched rasp. As he set down his drink, the door opened and in came another figure.

The gender of this newcomer seemed as ambiguous as his racial origins. He had a slender figure, with long, flowing locks of baby blue hair which he twisted nervously around his pinky finger. His skin seemed almost human, but it had a twinge of pink, as if he had been dipped in strawberry icing. As the mysterious individual approached the desk, he stuttered a greeting. ?M-master Bibidi. It is an honour ??

The wizard waved his hand dismissively. ?Please. We are simply here to talk, yes? There is no need to use such formalities.?

The un-named fellow was surprised, but relieved nonetheless. ?Th-thank you. M-my name is-?

?-Belantres, yes, I know.? Bibidi gave a reassuring nod. ?Take a seat.?

The alien mumbled more words of thanks as he sat down awkwardly, as if unsure of how to behave in the presence of such a great sorcerer. He wondered if he was sitting up too straight, or whether it was rude to cross your arms. Quickly he uncrossed them and then folded them over on his lap. His leg bobbed up and down in agitation, eyes occasionally moving to those of Bibidi and then flitting away again. Nervous thoughts filled the man?s mind; why isn?t he saying anything? He must have called me here for a reason ? Maybe I?m being kicked out of the guild? I must have done something wrong ?

Bibidi crossed his fingers and grinned maliciously. It was easy to manipulate those with weak minds. He had chosen Belantres because, quite simply, the man had no belief in himself. He nearly chuckled ? it was easy to see why. The young alien was un-extraordinary in almost every aspect. People took no notice of him because he showed no particular talent, and shunned him because of his ? less than masculine appearance. It was a wonder he was even in WANG* (*the Wizarding Alliance for a New Galaxy).

?Tell me, Belantres. What magical powers do you possess??

?Oh, well ?? the blue-haired man stammered, ?I know some basic healing, and teleportation ??

Bibidi clapped his hands together, interrupting the young alien?s sentence. ?Good, excellent. Belantres, I need you to carry out a task for me.?

?Oh?? Belantres looked apprehensive. ?What would you want from me??

The squat wizard grinned from behind his intertwined hands. ?Oh, just a little mission, that?s all. I don?t think you?ll have any trouble with it.? He paused momentarily, allowing the unease in his ?friend? to build. ?I want you ? to bring me strong fighters, from across the galaxy.?

?Wh ? what?? Belantres stammered. ?Why??

As if the word ?why? was the incantation to trigger some horrific transformation, Bibidi changed. In an instant, his smiling visage and pleasant tone vanished, replaced by piercing scowl. ?Why? You want to know why? Do you have no faith in WANG??

?No, n-no!? the blue-haired alien stuttered, a terrified look on his face. He?d heard the rumours of what happened to those who got on Bibidi?s bad side. ?I j-just w-wondered ??

?Wondered what??

?N-nothing, please f-f-forget it!?

The squat wizard grinned venomously. ?Oh, I see. You?re withholding information, is that it? Would you prefer I probed your mind for the answer?? His hands were outstretched, stubby fingers flexing.

?NO!? Belantres cried weakly, his hands in front of his face. ?I wondered ? I wondered if I would have to bring the fighters by f-f-f-force.?

?Obviously not,? spat Bibidi. ?I have as little faith in your fighting ability as you do. You will teleport the fighters one-by-one to the planet Gulbar, obviously keeping your distance.?

?B-but ??

?What is it now?? snarled the green-skinned wizard.

Silence. The pink-skinned alien wore a look of terror on his face. He felt cornered. Almost inaudibly, he whispered; ?I don?t want to do this.?

Almost immediately after saying the words, Belantres flinched, covering his face with his hands. Nothing happened. Slowly he peeped out, and his eyes widened in disbelief. Bibidi didn?t look angry. He looked ? disappointed.

?I see,? said the squat wizard. ?You don?t care about WANG. I should have known, really.?

?What?? Belantres? mouth fell open in surprise. Immediately he shook his head. ?No, that?s not true! I love WANG! More than anything else!?

Bibidi turned around to hide his glee. Staring away from his alien accomplice, he murmured; ?so, you would do anything for WANG??

?Yes!?

Bibidi turned, and fixed Belantres in place with a sneer. ?Then, on behalf of WANG, I bid you leave. You know your mission. If you fail, then I know of plenty suitable replacements. The same goes for if you try to shed your responsibility.?

The green-haired humanoid gulped. He didn?t like the ominous tone in that last sentence. Finally, he caved in. ?Alright ??

As Belantres turned to leave, Bibidi set himself back down. As the door closed, he raised his goblet. ?To me,? he grinned, ?and to weak-willed fools.?

He drank gleefully. Soon, he thought. Soon, I will have full control of WANG. With thousands of power-hungry warriors at my back, falling to their knees for more strength, I will be ?

?Unstoppable.?

?Obviously not,? spat Bibidi. ?I have as little faith in your fighting ability as you do. You will teleport the fighters one-by-one to the planet Gulbar, obviously keeping your distance.?

?B-but ?? stammered Belantres.

"What was that?" the old wizard halted his pace to and fro casting a glare sidelong to his underling who apparently miscalculated the attempts of negotiation with his high master. "Transgression means I've yet to further my point with you."

In a fleeting moment Belantres flung himself upon his knees; fingers dug within the skin about his skull as if a burrowing from the inside drove the hulking creature to inconceivable pain.
"M-Master," He begged. "I... Yes... It will be done."

"Good... Now, go!"

As he had been commanded, Belantres turned away from Bibidi and ventured towards a rippling column of ice as his image became engulfed by a striving light. Lightly the chuckle lifted from the phantom residing at the far end of such said room though was immediately halted though some arcane sound disturbed what occasion presented itself. A momentous booming sound filtered amongst the hallowed halls...

...

"This is it?" Nappa protested placing his hand upon the husk of an Arlinian, heaving the dried carcass into the air and over his shoulder.

"Apparently." Following in close behind Bardock spoke, brushing past the brute. "If you hadn't killed every damn thing in sight it would've been easier to find."

"You said you wanted results."

"Don't be so damn literal."

Running his hand over a panel of complicated text and images the Saiya-jin produced a developed screen of a facility presented on the monitor adjacent. Bardock leaned back for a moment as the system ran itself through a series of motives and desires of the user till the screen awoke a rumbling farther back, dividing the ground as a solitary spike rose from the earthen ground. At once came the vibrant upheaval of light from the base of the spiking pillar aimed towards the darkening skies above the planet.

"For this WE were sent?" Obviously detesting the idea of setting foot on the planet, Nappa turned towards his comrade. "Couldn't they assign this to a more disposable unit?"

"No." Directly strick, Bardock turned his back and began in direction they landed in. This beacon was one of many they had been told to locate and activate in name of a combined treaty between the Kold and Vegeta dynasties... though that was all they were told. "Namek is next, let's go." Igniting an aura about him, Bardock kicked off leaving the bounding hold of the planet.

"Yeah, right." Following suit, Nappa left in chase catching up with a tail end question. "Vegeta has Mercy-sei?"

"That's what he said though I don't think pulling a job alone is anything different then the usual for him." Keeping his eyes intensely focused upon the horizon there seem to be something more plaguing Bardock's thoughts at the moment, refusing to let his partner in on any of this. "We stay on our course, no side tracking."

"Yes sir."

...

Bathed in a shimmering golden glow shivered the grass throughout the range which became closely accompanied by the curious rushing breeze nearby.

"Ass." Cracking a smirk, more of a twisted aquatic aura belted itself to life to contradict the tasteful yellow hue Gohan had been illuminating. Nearby at arm's length stood a being shrouded by oscillating energy... fingers drumming the inside of his palm before another blazing bit of energy lifted the android's power in accordance to the hybrid's. "There we go."

"You both are idiots." Videl admitted to receive a resounding chuckle nearby.

"Let'm have their fun." Easing back in the softly hued grass beneath him, Trunks did hear a certain truth in the female's words but such a break to enjoy life was hard to come by.

Slowly both hybrid by nature and hybrid by chance traded off leadership of the power struggle, Gohan taming his energy unfortunately before he could retain dominance as he dropped from his Super Saiya-jin status. Victorious, Seventeen decreased till he regulated his body to normalcy.

"You'd think we something more entertaining to do." Out of the blue Videl spoke, glancing to a grassy spot nearby.

"Hm?" Gohan turned his head over at her curiously. "Who are you talking to?"

"What? Oh... I guess just myself." Squeamishly easing back she could have swore there was someone sitting near her... though simply convincing herself it was all in her head.

Slowly the warriors eyes began to adapt to his new home. The smell of dried vomit and blood wafted through his nostrils, a cold sweet running over his face. This had to be a test, something pitting his strength against another. But it was never like this before. Never before had he been kidnapped like such, thrown into a dungeon with out knowing his captor.

Footsteps echoed down the hall way, a light could be seen piercing through the darkness. Keys could be heard rattling around the belt of a guard. Trunks stood, throwing both hands to his side, trying to ignite the power within him, nothing. What the hell? Once more he threw tried power up, and again nothing.

Stop that, it won?t work, a voice chimed in.

?What whose there. What did you say?? Trunks asked, his mind whirling with thoughs.

I said stop it, you can?t power up you fool. Now sit down and shut up, everything will be revealed momentarily. The Hafl-breed didn?t like being told what to do but this voice had a point. His power was gone, or was being suppressed, one of the two. A key clanged against the metal of his cell, working its way into the lock. The tumblers shifted as the gate slid open another being was tossed in kicking and screaming just like Trunks had.

?Sit there and shut up, God damnit, the things I do for a days pay,? The guard muttered under his breath as he closed the cell door and walked away. Trunks walked over to his new cell mate and helped him up. The being took one whiff of the air and knelt over, vomiting up on the ground.

Amateur, Trunks thought to himself helping his new acquaintance up again.

?Whats your name son?? Trunks asked, helping the unknown fighter to the wall.
?Murasaki,? the faceless being replied, at least now the Saiya-jin knew his name.
?Names Trunks friend, it seems we are in this together for right now.?

It seems our last guest has joined us, The voice picked up again, transmitting into both the warriors minds. Now, we can begin. As you all are aware your power has been suppressed. Don?t worry though, this will be rectified shortly. Now, as you may have recently been aware you are prisoners. You are under my control. Don?t you worry though, there is a way to rectify this little problem. All you have to do is perform a race. That?s right, a race. Each of you is paired up with someone, that someone is sharing your cell. When I say go each team will be teleported to a different spot on the map, so to speak. It is your job to find the finish line. Kill all that is in your way, destroy anything that comes between you and victory, and you might just be free. Failure to do so will result in death, nothing less. So, shall we being?

Murasaki looked over towards the silhouette of Trunks, he had no idea what he had gotten himself into. Go

And with that each warrior vanished from their cell, appearing within a city, each teamed up, each with a mission to complete.

OOC: (List of teams goes here)

I am pleased to say that everyone who submitted their task passes.

Sorry guys, I didn't really have the energy or presence of mind to post this when I announced who was going on to the next round. I was more concerned with having things moving along. Aaaaanyway...

With the exception of Super Buu, I was looking for four things from each person:

1) Continuation of the previous "story"

2) Modification of the "story" to fit the writer

3) Inclusion of members in the storyline

4) Ample amounts of Roleplaying fodder

The first point is pretty self explanitory. I gave you guys a very small amount of information and asked you to make something that ended up being remotely cohesive. Not always the easiest task.

The second point was probably one of the easier ones: since you were given so little to work with, you could, just about, do whatever you wanted. What I was hoping for (and got) was a more individualized section of story. While I did ask you to each try and tie a single thread through your story arcs, I really wanted something that you could latch onto as your own. And I think you all did that quite adaquately.

Three is just a fanservice kind of thing. People like to see their characters going something. Its just cool.

Obviously the last point is a must. What's the point in providing a storyline for an RPG if people can't RP from it?
