Well, I also understand that they are trying to finish up a product and all time spent standing around and getting opinions first (outside of the beta, which is intended for direct feedback) or to create little primers is time that they could be spending working on the actual product. I can understand that, and they put their info on numerous places. This is just a normal MMO thing for expansions.

I'd even say they could send a mail to everyone in game with all the information (ok, like 100 emails might actually cover all the information, there's a lot) but then I imagine the extreme lag that would create on the servers. There's no clean way to do it, and to imagine different ways are all "easier said than done". I'm sure its not an idea that "hasn't come up" and I'm sure they have good reasons why its not an efficient or possible method. As it is, the patch notes get confused due to the differences in builds. Like this current one lists Conflagrate as "only working from Shadowflame" when its supposed to be "Also works from shadowflame". There's a lot of info in that, and some of it is already outdated.

My sub expired, and I don't plan on renewing for a while. Gotta sink this money into my Florida fund, so after I get down there, I'll probably renew once I get my money straight down there.
