Yea, both Sage and I are gonna deny it. Not that you can't be good at martial arts, but to suddenly become unpredictable without any actual reasoning is just silly. I have MAS and I figure being less predictable in a fight just goes without saying. I don't need to switch on a technique to make a my opponent suck more for a short amount of time.

Ducky Bomb Picnic: Misato creates a small field of numerous ki manifestations, all shaped like adorable baby ducks. Though the ducks don't actually go anywhere or do anything except sit idly in the air, they do explode on contact. It's mostly used as a protective measure, to slow an opponent down during an escape, or to otherwise clear some distance for a moment.

Burning Heart Go-Getter: Essentially identical to Trunks' Burning Attack, she just forms her fingers into a cheesy heart shape at the end instead of the original diamond shape. The blast might be pink or glittery or something too, I don't really know yet. I don't think anyone's posted Burning Attack yet, though, so I figured I'd check--sorry if somebody already did.

Ice Javelin: As the name implies, a javelin is formed out of ice. It is then propelled at the oponnent. The ice is especially concentrated, and is therefore much sharper and more solid than an average spear. Because of the cognitive effort required it is a last inning attack, and only used in the most dire situations.

Blade fury: A thin steely sheet of ice is formed, then shattered by a ki prepellant into multiple very sharp shards of ice. In being prepelled the ice slivers and blades continue forward at a high rate of speed, leaving the weak wounded and the strong scraped and bleeding.

A special Mata technique popularized by the 6th Mata Master, Long Dong, who is renowned among the Order for his melee range and power. Expels a rigid rod of pure ki from the character's pelvic region which can be as long and thick as an arm, used for a single attack.
Req: Ki Control.

Lover's Glove
A special Mata technique developed by the 3th Mata Master, Conny Trahseptive, that he used to avenge his teacher who was slain by a poisonous succubus from the netherworld. Produces a flexible "whip" of pure energy from the character's pelvic region that can be as long and thick as an arm, used for a single grappling attack.
Req: Ki Control.

Yes. The Iaido is a physical attack that actually uses the dick. It's supposed to be a fast, hard but very short-ranged attack that uses minimal ki. Bokken-Ha has a range equal to that of a regular punch.

Mesmerizing Foot Job
A special Mata technique developed by the 11th Mata Master, Tootsie Fehtesh, who is renowned as the fastest of them all. Combining skilled control of horizontal momentum and explosive lower-leg power, and extra propulsion with a low-altitude flying technique, the character can move along the ground at speeds beyond normal limits.
Req: MA Spec, Super Leaping, Flight.

I'd like to get a range of costs for this one. What would the cost be if it enhanced ground-only movement by:

What would the XP cost be if the technique gave a flat stat boost that was tacked onto Agility?

So, it would be like 5% Bonus Agility for Ground Movement + 20% Actual Agility = 25% Total Agility when moving on the ground. Sorry, I keep forgetting that the stats are already counted in percentages.

You can't have a Custom Tech that boosts your stats.

Reject - This is a fairly simple directional barrier. Kaden creates a screen of ki to block or hinder his enemies. What separates this from a standard barrier is Kaden's ability to pulse ki through it to push back whatever strikes it. While this is less useful against ranged attacks, it can be helpful in keeping someone from getting too close.

Dolphin Sway: While keeping up an intense running speed, Misato can manipulate her ki to make herself lighter--allowing her to run across water or other liquid surfaces as though they were solid. If she slows down too much, though, she'll sink.
