I was thinking, for anyone who wants to activate Oozaru, they have to roleplay that there is a full moon or it is night. Do we need that, or could we just say that we can create the 'False Moon' ball and transform from that?

Anyone with the Oosaru ability can create a 'false moon'. RPing something like a fulll moon is probably something that should be left to Staff, or a personal saga.
