Are you sure? His speed is something like 460, that's not possible to get in the space of time he's been here.

If he just joined, his stats should have been set to default, whereas physical attributes are set to 120 each and mental attributes are set to 100 each.

How he got 460 as his speed is beyond me...

I don't think they cheated, because Nappa's stats didn't change after the current Nappa signed up. Therefore, Nappa's still using the stats the previous Nappa built up, which explains Oozaru and Oozaru Control, which he clearly did not earn.
(No offense Nappa, I'm not blaming you, I'm just stating fact)
I think his stats were never "downgraded" down to the starting stats. So Nappa's not cheating, his stats just haven't been updated.
But as I said before, if someone can prove me wrong, I don't care, but that's the best answer in my opinion.

Yeah...Freiza is Cell, my bf, he first joined as Freiza like last year, he got inactive, tried RPing, then he got insctive again, then he joined as Broli sometime later, and then he recently switched to Cell, whom he know is comfortable with. He would not cheat, it was either a typo in my part because I was screwing around with Freiza's page or else someone just figured out the default pass and wanted to screw around.
