I get them too. AVG picks it up as a threat. It stopped for a while, but it's coming back again. It's not a real virus. It's just something about the boards. Do you only get them when you log in? Because if it is, you're all good.

No, not just when I log in. I get the virus alert when I enter any forum, even when replying to topics. Basically, all the time. It's ridiculous. I really hope this is nothing serious or else I'd have to avoid this board altogether.

One of the PHP scripts has a .JS tag. Its a script. Thus most virus programs pick it up as a Redirector Trojan.

Annoying. Yet harmless. I turned off my detection for this site.

EDIT: Like I thought, A dot JS file extension is a Java Script file. Unless its corrupt. We're fine.

Its a harmless file that deals with redirects and somehow is being read as a threat for certain virus scanners. We are aware of the problem, and fixed it, but it seems it has reappeared again. We are working on fixing it once more.

post_loader.js is definately a required forum script so you should add that to your antivirus' white list if you know how to. It shouldn't be alerting you to that script, I'm not sure why it would.

Got worse. Now my detector's going crazy. I just safelisted like 15 items and it's still going haywire.

Just a heads up, antiviruses will mark "redirect scripts" as a redirect virus because they are essentially the same thing. The antivirus can't really tell if the script is redirecting you to something good or redirecting you to something bad, so it flags it just in case.
