Those are actually my shelves at home of my Star Wars books (as well as my complete collection of the Burger King toys).

The picture was taken in 2007, so my collection has grown since then. I just finished Fate of the Jedi: Omen. Looking forward to a point where I have money so I can get the next one.

Just because lots of people like something does not make it good. Lots of people like all kinds of horrible/stupid things, because people in general are stupid things.

People like trashy thing, it's called guilty pleasure. It's hard to admit, but I rawk out to Nickelback and watch all those horrible movies like Dance Flick, and Disaster Movie, Scary Movie 4; however, I admit they are shitty.

I take internet humor too seriously sometimes. You're a great guy Kaden, especially not to take an obvious flame bait (something I failed to do on a joke). Twilight is okay, largely due to the Indian kids. I don't plan on reading the fourth for a while, but regardless of public preference it's better written than a lot of stuff out there for teens (but is simplified for teens). It's the sex oriented (which makes me feel beyond dirty) Harry Potter, and the movies were also trite compared to the books, as is the case in things short of Lonesome Dove (the movie rocks) or Desperation, the Stephen King book.

You don't have to avoid jokes, I just have to remember to take the internet with a light-heart and not freak the fuck out so often.

After reading this thread i'm going to put down the book i'm reading and dive headfirst into the Twilight series, and i hope i love it, then i'm going to come back to this thread, necro the shit out of it, and pummel all of you with my opinions about it. Because i know you all care about my opinions as much as i care about yours.

That said, A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints (the book that inspired the movie of the same name, starring Downey Jr, Tatum, and LeBeouf, which I think is amazing), is on my desk at the moment. I also plan on reading The Innocent Man by John Grisham, i heard good things. In Cold Blood is a classic i've read recently, which i recommend to anyone. City of Thieves is a interesting book i read a while back. The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time is a wonderful book as well.

Out of curiosity, and I'm not asking you WHERE you might obtain these audio books if this isn't the case, are you purchasing them from any specific source or instead downloading them through some other means? The reason I ask is because every time I've considered searching for anything I'm interested in on audio book to listen to on my Zune or background of my computer, they've always been somewhere in the 50$ range, so I'm mostly seeking further information on it.
