Also got a bunch of the titles I want for each character.

My warrior got "The Argent Champion"

My Druid finally got "Champion of the Frozen Wastes"

My DK got "Bloodsail admiral"

My Shaman got "of the exodar"

and a couple other chars already got theirs. Still waiting on one drop for my priest's "Chef" title and slowly working on the hardcoreish "Salty" title.

I got Ambassador, Jenkins and World explorer. I got to find a willing group for EoE to take down Malygos and I got Champ of the Frozen wastes, but every time i ask my guild they act like a bunch of pussies. Working on the Elder title now, got a few dungeons to finish to get the elders inside, and take down omen.

I'd been avoiding Maly like the plague for a long time after one night of horrific wipes,but I tree'd it and it was cake.

I remember Malygos. Every time I'd do that, my raid would always screw up the last phase and all die.

The last phase involves Malygos shooting powerful shit. You're on dragons and you have to keep moving. If one person (pretty much) dies there, it can be disastrous.

After the second phase, Malygos shatters the big platform everyone's been using to stand on, and Keristraza (an ally dragon you've done quests for) saves your bacon by sending her brood of dragons to pick you up in mid fall. The dragons count as 'vehicles' and thus you can't use your normal skill bar, relying instead on the dragon's stacking DoT and healing bursts to stay alive.

There is no 'tanking' in this phase. Each combo building move you do can be dumped into either your DoT, your Heal, or a Shield, and the latter is the first key to staying alive. When Malygos emits that he's focusing you (really obvious because the screen screams it at you), stop your damage, wait a second (or put up another combo point it you're low) and hit the shield. If you don't do this, your drake will take MASSIVE damage.

Other than that, just stay clumped, preferably around a pre-arranged, marked friendly, and move in a specified direction (right or left) when Maly shoots his other ability, a sparky death ball, at your location. After that, reform. The heal is a BURST around the dragon doing the healing, so staying closely stacked increases survivability a ton.

Like most fights in WoW, Malygos requires basic knowledge of the fight and the situational awareness to put that knowledge to use. People fail a lot on Malygos because of phase 3 and the fact that they have to suddenly pay attention a lot more.

Like: Bear tanking. I can gem red for pure armor pen, yellow for stats that help threat(and more importantly,my dps-whoring) and then stam in the blue slots and then go do 3k+dps and beat most of the fools in heroics I do because of the extra little time each pull I get as tank. Not quite to the 4kish level of my roommate, but he has 2 part t10 for the ultra bear bomb set bonus and his battered hilt staff from when the drop rate didn't suck in the extreme.

3.3, Flame Shock dot ticks can now critically hit.

This makes Flame Shock an absolute must for Enhancement DPS instead of a minor increase. I had been forgoing working it into my rotation because the spec is already stressful as fuck to play without dicking it up with largely unnecessary moves, but nooooo, Blizzard couldn't leave well enough alone.

Immediate guess is, with how retardedly high most Enhancement shamans have their crit, that Flame Shock will have priority even over a Stormstrike-EarthShock.
