I completely agree.
If I were actually going to buy it, I would be lucky enough to already have Ki Spec.

Disable:
By kinetically controlling the iron in someone's blood stream Vad can bend it to his will. By pulling on the iron Vad can rupture blood vessels, harm major organs, cause hemorrhaging, and disrupt movement by starving muscles of valuable oxygen. First initiated upon first contact with his opponent, Vad will lace the persons clothing or skin with metal dust. This dust will be kinetically pushed into the person's blood stream, allowing the ability to progress from there.

Was actually thinking about this one.
I'm going to have to not allow it.

I would gauge Final Flash to be stronger than a Kamehameha, though.

Magic Skillet - What appears to be an ordinary frying pan at first glance is none other than the legendary kitchen implement used by famed cooking chief and sorcerer Bobby Fillet who at one time reigned supreme over his peers till a mishap with a Slap Chop left him paralyzed from the neck down. Riddled with nicks and cuts telling of its many culinary conquests, the skillet has the unique ability to expand to great widths at the utterance of "Magic pan, expand!" Embedded with a twisted demon magic hardens the iron to unimaginable proportions and repels food from sticking... without even the use of butter...

Lash - A mid-range attack using a whip-like strand of energy. Normally, the whip is only maintained for the length of a single attack, however, it can be maintained to serve other purposes, such as wrapping up an opponent.

Subjugation - Orion floods specially tweaked ki throughout his nervous system, effectively neutralising his sense of touch. This also manifests in an ability to ignore pain that is delivered to him either before or after the ability is activated. It is a draining technique, and while it can be sustained at a thirsty energy cost, Orion normally uses it in small bursts to block out disabling pain or to prepare for an incoming, unblockable hit.

Does honesty earn respect or inspire revenge? Is it smarter to attack the strong or annihilate the weak?

Robotic Sensory- an extention of Nine's ki sense ability. Through his robotic enhancements he is able to get a birds eye view of an area or allowing him to see the flow of things from around other objects. This takes alot some concentrating to do as well as a bit of energy.
If he concentrates hard enough the view becomes almost flat and allows him to see through the terrain to other objects beyound objects like an x-ray. This takes some charging and substatial energy to do.

just wanted to throw these up and see what they might cost.
Static Striking - as Vicky repeatedly hits someone, they begin to build a latent static charge. After a couple dozen hits, the charge builds to a point where she can remotely detonate it to cause extra damage.
Static Symboisis - with a touch, Vic plants a static charge on an opponent. While this type of charge can not be remotely detonated, it automatically triggers when it nears a static charge of the same type.
Static Shot - by using specially conductive bullets, Victoria can imbue them with electrical energy. These shots plant a static charge on whatever they strike, allowing her to trigger previously placed charges, or set traps.
Static Latency - while normally static charges detonate in proximity to other charges, Victoria can expend a small amount of energy to halt this process, allowing her to stack multiple charges on a single person or object for grater effect.
Static Blast - a blast of concentrated electrical energy. Normally, this blast is only about as strong as a standard ki attack, it also detonates all placed static charges in a small area, allowing for a significant increase in damage.

Using ki as a sort of elastic medium, Piper is able to augment her grip, allowing her to easily cling to flat surfaces, like the ceiling or other completely sheen surfaces.
Telekinetic Orbing
An application of Piper's ability to teleport ('orbing', hence the name of the technique). This technique allows Piper to instantly move items (that she can see) to her person, without the item having to occupy the space in-between. This way, she doesn't have to worry above someone intercepting an item or having to worry about any hazards that may be in the way. As with telekinesis, she can use this to hurl objects at people, with the added bonus that they'll have less of window to react.

Sonic Override- The user taps into the ability to augment sound and wind itself, focusing it to his hands, or rather his knuckles. The attacks effectiveness and results depend on many different variables, such as the focus and alertness and the strength put into the attack. A direct blow to the head to an unexpected foe, could render him momentarily useless and confused unable to tap into his powers and energy, a Fist to fist could temporarily render an arm useless. A blow to the abdomen could weaken armor for a split moment for a second follow-up blow; a surprised blow might make it more susceptible to knocking the wind from a foe even.
Drawbacks- Its much harder to repeat the attack on someone, especially someone with higher focus and doesn't always give the best results, or might even fail all together. And it's not to say that it can only be used on people, meaning something we might not can break through( A door) might can be weakened for a second blow.
Notes: It's not an attack that I expect to be used real often with the exception of possibly a repeated rapid gut attack to a behemoth foe if even that and I
Physical features: There's a 'yellow-white' flash released from his knuckles as it is used
Also...
When I get Fusion... this might be a kick assed idea...
Black Fusion- After one has died recently(in a saga) or someone that has been killed by the targeted foe can offer up their soul temporary soul in an attempt to help extract revenge, making it just as if it was a real fusion.
Requirement: The Reaper(Nova) needs Fusion and both need Telepathy. One must die in that Saga or have been killed by the target.

Why does this remove someone's ability to use energy if they're hit in the head?

ell I got hit with the same attack... And it kind of removes them from their equilibrium and is more of a stunning movement.
It only happens to my character for dramatic affect... It's basically like the brain is paralyzed for a second as the sonuc shock is sent through it... and though you know whats going on... your brain is sent on reset... IF the user can hit you there hen you arent expecting it...
Edit: I think you can consider Naruto on it though I took the idea from Retane's Psionic Wave and altered it. When the dudes guantlet activated it stunned them momentarily.... the dude from the sound village that beat Choji....
Edit: Its not something I expect to use daily like Fiend Wind
