Without CA, Power-Up's become irrelevant, it's probably best to finish this discussion once we've decided how we are going to handle CA.

I mean, most fights never even came down to Combat Ability (with or without Power-ups factored in). So in the sense that Power-ups are mostly like symbols of achievement and RP fodder, then it might still be worth discussing i think.

That just shows I haven't been paying attention to fights or spars involving those with different PLs/CA in a long time. I don't see why wouldn't the two have a impact on a fight...along with quality of rp.

True lol. I'm actually counting the times since I've been here. I would imagine there has been a fight or spar where power level, techs, items, transformations and writing skill were all taken into account.
