Essentially, roleplay in A Call to Arms to begin. Beginning on Wednesday, ships will be leaving for Namek and Mercy (the first of which will arrive on Friday, at which point the mayhem will begin).

If you don't get in by Wednesday/Friday, don't fret; an alternate method of leaping directly into the situation will be provided.
