Might as well remove me as well. My work schedule, just like with WoW raiding, appears to interfere too much with this. Tonight was about as early as it gets for me on getting out of work on a weekday and it was STILL too late. I rushed home as best as I could, but its pretty much not going to happen. Also, I don't know what the state of my internet will be after a week anyway or how long I'll be without it (hopefully just a couple of days at tops).

That was kind of a cluster-fuck last night.

One thing that we really need to keep in mind with bans and our team comp is CC. With Blitz and Alistar, they were just throwing us all around the lanes, and there was very little we could do back. We might be able to throw a lucky Rupture, but when building Tank, it doesn't really do much damage. I might try switching up my Cho build toward more mage-tanky: RoA, Zhonya's, Abyssal.

Unfortunately, when teamfights were happening, I was in my lane with TF...until he ported away. It gave us a couple good pushes, but in that situation, would it be better for me to TP bot or just keep pushing top?

If you can't TP/walk to the fight in time to make a difference, then yeah, keep pushing.

There were a lot of misplays from everyone last night. They were designed for that single-target isolation and it crushed in early game. Unfortunately, that let them scale way past us.

bad picks and bad play. We picked too early and didn't adjust for their team. Oh well, lesson learned?

I didn't really have a problem with our picks. I think Kassadin was a bad pick, but it's not like that cost us the game.

We were a little light on CC, but I think it was ok. 2 knock-ups, 2 silences, a knockback, and 3 slows. No, it's not the hard CC dream-team, but reasonable.

I think Ashe has to be a serious priority for us. I solidly think she's the best ranged DPS in the game right now.

I honestly think we would have been fine if we made adjustments straight off in the laning phase and sent me top instead. I didn't vocalize this which was an error on my part, but only because by the time I figured "I'm never going to be able to get this Alistar down again", it was somewhat void to do it.

I find the bans we dish out relatively strange. What's with banning Soraka? I'd much have preferred Alistar banned instead, though I must admit I do generally believe we lost that match due to mostly bad play.

I think we hate Soraka's heals. A lot.

And yes, Ashe > Vayne in picks and bans. Excellent kiter, high damage spam volley, and global ult stun that is pretty much the best initiate in the game right now. I thank the championships for making me realize that.

Our reasoning for banning Soraka is based on the first game we played against them. Soraka healed like a fucking boss, and we decided "fuck that noise". If we have another scrim against them, I would probably suggest banning Ali over Caitlyn.



That's the side of my computer case right now, with notes on who they have picked and banned, and who we did as well. For all 3 games.

I asked twice if anyone had any preferred bans because I had nothing. Would have happily banned Ali if someone had suggested it.

Ended up going with Vayne because they played a strong Vayne in their first game against us.

I'm finding the banning problematic here, because in general I dislike people to have Alistar and TF seems to be banning flavor of the month after we saw Regi's AP TF. Since it is a flavor of the month, we could just attempt to figure out a strategy for it although I rather think it's easier to plan for Soraka. I can't myself figure out a good counter to TF.
