It worked well for all of his carries. His explanation was rushing the Phantom Dancer enabled him to be mobile enough to farm and keep up with his team. Moscow 5 is a very interesting team, definitely one to watch!

It's funny how TSM were actually the team that innovated the AD Carry wriggles, and they got fucked by it because M5 put a sick twist to it. But I'm sure once every single team had time to deliberate a little bit, they will be able to counter M5's strategies. Until they come out with another one that is... lol

No one has a jungler that can counter-jungle as well as Darien, and that's mostly what won them all their games. In most conversations, Genja doesn't get nearly the credit he deserves, though; he's a beast AD player.

Saying laning doesn't matter to them is also not really true. TSM roflstomped the second game of the finals because they had such supreme lane control. They could roam to deal with the counter-jungling. Watch the third game and you see that TSM's lanes were not as dominant and, as a result, they couldn't deal with M5's jungler. Lane control was crucial to how the matches played out.

Don't think either of us said that laning doesn't matter to them, just that their entire strategy revolved around an objective-based focus rather than a focus on winning lanes.

But no, they certainly didn't walk over TSM (the second game is proof to that, obviously), but they really did storm the tournament overall, and I think that is due, in part, to their different style of teamplay to everyone else. It's going to shake up the meta a bit, I reckon.
