Actually, it was more of a human move Zarbon... Humans prefer using weapons, so it would be more beneficial to them. I had made that technique so that it would be beneficial to either race, and either race could use it.

I'm willing to make more techniques if you want me to, and the NPC if you want, unless HF wants to do it.

NAME: Blind Punch
DESCRIPTION: This move has been created by the human's, first it was a electronic glove, but quickly the humans adapted to the move so that they did not need the glove anymore. When your opponent is at a distance, this can be wuite useful. You just punch into the air and a wave of force will be sent into the air at the speed of mach four.
DIFFICULTY: Mediocre to learn
REQUIREMENTS: Combined Speed, Strength and Attack Power of 600

NAME: Black Out
DESCRIPTION: This move has been known to most Elementals for a very long time. It is used to make a foe pass out using your minds. It is done by extreme concentration in one direct spot; the throat. It, in a sense, chokes the person 'til they pass out, as if they had been attempting it themselves.
DIFFICULTY: Fairly easy to learn
REQUIREMENTS: A Determination of 400. To be used successfully, though, your Determination must be at least 200 above the target's.

NAME: Shield of Dreams
DESCIPTION: The user forms a shield that can cover up to two times their body, but it is a flat surface on both sides. It is made by the imagination of teh user, so it can look like anything, it can even look as though it is moving, but only the user can move it and it is flat. A nifty little move made by the Elementions, but it takes alot of focus from the user.
DIFFICULTY: Mediocre to learn
REQUIREMENTS: You must have a combined Intelligence and Determination of at least 800.
