Tien switched to him but no one made the update, so he is taken.

Sorry, both taken. The roster shoudl be update dnow, so check here or find another character not listed here.

We don't allow different forms like that. 'Cause Vegeta was always Vegeta, he just came under the control of Babidi. Also, 17 and HF17 were made in different dimensions at different times, so we consider them two different entities, as they are, or else they couldn't have fused/absorbed each other. Hope that clears that up.

No fusions and we don't allow the Bio-Broli.

There's a lot to choose from. =/

Well, after some looking around, he apparently was one of the saiyans that appeared in the Room of Spirit and Time (the 'Pendulum Room' from DBZ where they go to Vegeta-sei when it's all wrecked). He's the stubby, bald one I believe. I can't find any pictures of him, though.

We don't allow that either .

No, he is an NPC. Paragus is open though.

Yea, Toma's taken. So. . .will you be doing your actual application now, or do yea need any help? If there's anything else you need to know just IM me at watchayakan.

I'm sorry, but you've yet to even give us an RP sample. Either fill out a form properly, and deal with character selection after you've been accepted or just leave.

This is getting ridiculous.
