This is an IC side game, your character has to physically be at the place of sign ups to participate.

3. Max restriction on ki set to 1,188,000 at all times

Means you will not be allowed to place your ki strength above that point, I've personally went through the roster and gave a general estimate of an average of base ki. This way, we don't have heavy leveled people overpowering the ones rank 45 and below.

No. I'll give an explination soon on why the balls can't be held or caught which will most likely be posted here sooner or later.

I'm happy that this board is being used for team management considering there would probably be a bulk of conversation going on in the RPG Discussion boards when things get sorted out. As I can see now, I will be writing up an indepth description of why things work the way they do as well as how general game play will be conducted.

This isn't going to coincide with IC. Though we'll be playing our characters, I'm not going to stop my own storylines so I can play a side game.

One more thing I wanted to make clear on for everyone, this starts on New Years Eve as that will be when I write up and post the starting of the tournament on a selected planet. Make sure all of your team members are there for registration, it'll last two weeks till you'll no longer be able to sign up.

If you want it to be completely IC, you'll need to run it on an IC board as a saga, not a side game.

Personally, a side game is better because everyone can participate.

I'm sure we could fluid time to include this in. I just don't like the idea of stopping my IC activites for a side-game.

And Goten, I don't think giving prizes is out of the question. I'm sure you can work something out with an admin
