?A challenge ??? Super Buu was sold. He had no idea what Violet had in mind, but the sound of that one simple word was enough to snatch his interest. ?What kind of challenge??

The violet-haired woman snorted. ?Don?t be stupid,? she said, with a touch more sarcasm than was strictly necessary. She raised her empty glass and rattled it, hoping her friend would catch on. Her face fell into annoyance when the pink-skinned being simply blinked, completely oblivious. ?We see who can drink the most without passing out.?

The gigantic majin actually burst out laughing. ?What? That?s it? You?ve got to be crazy! My stomach encompasses an entire dimension! You can?t possibly hope to beat me.?

Violet simply shrugged, undeterred. ?Bring it on, pinky.?

All the while during his alliance-mates? conversation, Kid had been half-paying attention, in the twilight zone between enrapture and boredom as if watching a transparent soap opera. Now that the topic had switched to alcohol, however, his interest had been garnered. ?Drinking games, eh? I?m in.?

?Hey, wait a second! You were supposed to explain how you learnt to talk!? whined Super Buu, the childish content of his speech sounding bizarre when combined with his rumbling tone.

?Oh, quit your bellyaching, Supes,? said the short creature, now acting uncharacteristically jovial. ?There?ll be time for that later, but for now I could really do with another drink. Bark-oh, wait. Hm, I guess you?ll have to get the drinks again.?

?I am not doing this all night,? snarled the hulking pink monster, setting the wooden chair back with a bang and getting up from his seat. As one puttalin-based-being headed off for the bar, another smirked.

?Has he even drunk alcohol before??

Violet shared the devilish grin as she swilled around the remaining drops of alcohol in her glass. ?You know, that?s a good question,? she said.

OOC: I?m pretty sure vodka doesn?t come in mugs, Twenty. =P

The crystalline glass fell to the tabletop, hammering lightly on the surface which brought forth a wave of sound that sharply hit the two fighters. Light reflected off of the edges of the shot glasses, bouncing towards the two androids. The bartender announced the arrival of the drinks, but the two were aware of the order coming up before the man even started setting the cups down.

Seventeen looked down at the crystal-clear liquid. It emitted an essence which found it?s way to the hell fighter?s nose, causing him to breathe in deeply the aroma which first captured his senses on the Obelisk. Just the smell calmed the robot and allowed him to suppress some of him memories. ?Ah,? he said, closing his eyes and bringing his glass up to his chin. Breathing in the odour again, he promptly raised it higher and dipped, causing the fluid to slip into his mouth. After a sixth of the substance was gone, he brought the glass back down, reminiscing over the smell of the soothing nature it seemed to have.

Twenty eyed the fellow android?s nature with caution, weary of the so-far mysterious teen. He brought his glass up to his face as well, and looked down at it suspiciously and then back up at the hell fighter, and narrowed his eyes before downing the drink. Twenty had consumed a small fraction of what Seventeen had before he brought his glass back down. Vodka was not a taste for all, and it appeared as though the elder had not had the chance to acquire the taste. The father smiled lightly at this.

?It?s a real good drink if you are used to it,? pointed out the younger humanoid, tipping the cup towards his lips once again, wetting his lips with the substance and licking it off as he brought the cup to the tabletop.

?I guess so,? said Twenty, eyeing the container. ?Anyway, what caused the markings on your face?? he inquired, surveying the aesthetic injuries. ?It looks as though they are fresh,? he pointed out.

Seventeen let go of his drink and his mind released the thought of the smell of the soothing substance as he was forced to remember. ?It happened on Arlia,? he began, staring absentmindedly at a scuff on the counter. ?I went there to search for my daughter, Sakura, who I had just met several days prior on Vegeta where she was kidnapped right before me?I didn?t stop it!? he paused, clenching his fingers into a fist and his face gnarled. ?On there I had to take out a bar full of arlians, and then I encountered some more at a hotel, where they outnumbered my friends and I in bodies and in power,? he said, grabbing onto the drink, but leaving it sitting on the table. ?We were brought to a miniature castle, which I had to undergo mental and physical agonies.?

?Eventually it seemed as though they were going to kill my friend and I,? he continued on, hoisting the glass into the air and strengthening his hold. ?They began dragging us outside and beating us, and there was not much to do as there were six to each of u sand we were already weakened. Eventually they brought us to some sort of gathering, and then we were knocked unconscious. I woke up upstairs.?

?Hmm,? responded Twenty, thinking about what was told to him.

The hell fighter raised the glass to his mouth and downed the rest of his drink, and then slammed the cup onto the table, demanding, ?Give me another!?

?Well,? interrupted the elder, ?I guess they signed you up for Dante?s Abyss. Many of the people like you will be obliterated here,? mocked the white-haired android.

?I am well aware of what can happen in DA,? he said, catching his drink as it slid across the table.

"It hasn't been to bad." He unwitingly ignored the younger childs offers of a chair, purely because he didn't feel like sitting. "Had a spot of bother during a space flight, crashed on Vegeta-sei, and then found out about this. So all in all.. A busy few weeks." He mocked a smile as he rubbed the back of his neck.

Bardock, his grandfather, watched him with a sense of danger. Completely understandable. He was dangerous around these people. But not to his uncle. Even if the darkened power inside of him had no respect for him, how could you dney the fact that his sheer strentgh would destory Gohan in an intanst if he tried hard enough.

He tilted his head slightly, his mind reaching out as he felt two powers he knew from the flight in space. Swearing under his breath he turned to the group of relatives and forced a smile.

"Hey.. I'm gonna go catch up on some sleep guys. Good luck in the torny gramps. you to unc, thou I doubt you'd need it." He waved slightly as he then backed off in to the crowd. He didn't want to do what he was about to do. But he had to.

OOC: Goh has left the restraunt.

Once Super Buu had assembled a healthy quantity of drinks - 'healthy' in this case being far more than anything close to legal - Kid Buu went about establishing the rules. Each side would have the same size glass, not larger, not smaller, the same for the sake of fairness, and so God help anyone that tried to get more beer from him than required. On his signal they would drink until the glass was empty, and if no one passed out would move onto the next glass. He stressed on making the game a fair one, even though Super Buu, in his opinion, was undoubtedly a lightweight.

"Wait, what about you?" Violet asked, her lips quirking in a puzzled frown as she looked at him. "I thought you were going to join, but you haven't said anything you'll do."

"Oh, me?" he said innocently, popping open a bottle with one thumb. "I'll be the scorekeeper. You know, counting how many glasses you drink." He gave her a lazy grin, raising one empty glass in the air, its not-quite clean but unstained glass frame infused with the logo of Dante's Abyss. The marketing bill must have been incredible.

Without further ado he set both of the other glasses in front of Super Buu and Violet, filling all three to the brim with brandy. He might as well start them off with something a little more lightweight, just to be fair to Supes. He didn't want to admit it, but he was glad in a way that he had met his somewhat dumbed-down counterpart once again. To his knowledge, they were the only two puttalin creatures in existence, their planet destroyed by their own creator. Although they had friends, they could never understand quite what it was like. No one except for his 'son'.

As Kid Buu stared at Super, brooding over the gentle chains of familial commitment, his larger counterpart turned and gave him a glowering look. "Well?!"

"Oh," he blinked, and smiled embarrassedly. "Begin!" He tilted his head back, throwing a large quantity of future liver-disease down his throat with abandon because he didn't, and would never have, a place for it to set up shop. All the time he kept a careful eye on the both of them, watching to confirm when the glass was done, and eagerly refilling it. He marked down a 'one' mentally, a sharp slash upon a blank wall as he lifted the second glass...

Tapion and his younger brother, Minoshia moved into the restaurant. They chatted lightly about how they heard about Dante's Abyss and other things, just small talk when a waitress came up to the new customers. "How many people in your group?"

"Two, please." Tapion was the one that answered.

"Smoking or non smoking?"

"Non. But can we have a booth?"

"Sure thing." The waitress replied merrily as she turned and led the two to a booth after picking up two menues.

"Why a booth?" Asked the younger brother.

"You used to love them and I want a comfortable seat."

Minoshia showed no emotion reply but inside he felt happy and safe with his older brother back. Tapion felt joy once again. His heart was beginning to run cold over time and it was finally warm again with his brother here. He was back to his overprotective self already.

"Here you are." The waitress set down the menues, opposite of each other and the two konats slid into their seats. "What would you like for drinks?"

The two gave their orders for drinks and looked at the menu while making, once again, idle chat. The questions weren't really too deep but there were things running through both of their minds. What was holding Tapion back from asking the questions on his mind? Was he afraid of the answers? It took so much to keep Tapion from blurting out what was on his mind.

The waitress returned, setting down two waters for now. She left after being told the two weren't ready. Then Tapion came out and said it.

"What happened back on Earth? Where have you been ever since? What the hell happened to you?" His tone got a little more menacing on the last question, like he was angry. Minoshia stared blankly.

OOC: Not much, just a filler. Fill it in, Mino ^_^

Oh, how the mighty fall so easily to the eluding innocence of E&J.

The restaurant slash bar was packed to the brim, with contestants and waiters buzzing around in a mish mosh of bodies and booze. The dark wooden walls threw off a soft ambience, hanging lights covered with a matte finish cover gave the room a comfortable glow. It smelled like ass, but only because there was so many drinkers and combined with the variety of entrees being served, the scents were anything but savory.

The small group was definitely feeling the effects of the alcohol as the amber liquid slid down their now nerveless throats. Their taste buds had turned off about five shots back, and Violet was thinking smugly to herself that ol? Mr. Dimensional Stomach over there, slouching in the straight back chair, was finally being owned by his own words. He smashed his empty glass on the table, wiping away the residue with the back of a rubbery hand.

Kid refilled their glasses, the flask of brandy almost drained. He had tried several times to attempt conversation, but each time, the bigger, idiot prone brother shot his missile of arrogance into the works. There was just no winning.

Two empty bottles were pushed to the side and about a half dozen backups were waiting to join them. A waiter had come over to the table an hour back to replenish their supply, as if they needed them. Violet held her alcohol pretty well, but she had to admit, even she had limitations when it came to drinking. As long as she didn?t mix her liquors, she would be fine. The extra bottles weren?t helping anything just sitting there.

?I-erm?shit...Anover grass, Short Shit.? Super pushed his empty cup towards the smirking magic-infused child, who promptly filled it back up.

Violet tapped the bottom of her cup idly on the table, a half drunken smile on her face. These Buu boys were beginning to look HOT, but that just may have been the alcohol talking. Leaning back in her seat, her legs parted, the jeans forming snugly around her thighs; she allowed her eyes to rove over the sculpted planes of their bodies. These guys were older than she was by a good few hundred centuries, but it still didn?t stop her from feeling dirty for looking at them. One hand rested on her leg, and she shoved her own glass forward, gazing at the smaller Majin as if he, himself, were candy. She loved her some candy. Wondering if he tasted like bubble gum or cotton candy, the female smacked her lips.

?Pussy.? She chided, reverting her attention back to the other Majin, who was busy licking furiously at his cup. She flashed him her most dazzlingly cocky smile. After her glass was replenished, she pulled it towards her, lifting it to her lips. ?Cheers.? And tipped the glass back, slurping it down noisily. She cringed inwardly at the bitter, yet sweet taste of it, and laid the glass back down, empty. Exhaling slowly, feeling the alcohol as it impregnated her breath, Violet leaned forward.

Buu got defensive. ?Pussy, huh?? He flashed a fanged grimace at her, but she remained unfazed. At this point, a gun to her temple would only make her toss into hysterics. Damn, she needed to slow down, but slowing down was for losers. That, she assured herself, she was not.

Violet nodded. ?That?s what I said, didn?t I??

He grunted, disbelieving that the stupid flesh bag would dare mock him and his ability to handle the foreign drink. He could handle it as good as she could, just watch. Super Buu snatched a fresh flask that Kid Buu had in his hands, and ripped the cork off the end with an ungraceful drunken flourish, tossing it behind him unceremoniously. Tipping it back, he nursed the bottle until it ran dry, shaking the last remaining droplets from the bottom.

Sighing, the woman just swirled what little bit of brandy Kid had managed to give her before his older brother had rudely taken the drink. ?My Kami, man, must you prove yourself to be the best in everything? Give it up, you aren?t going to win this one.?

Super jumped from his seat, the massive clawed hands balled into fists slammed into the table as he leaned over into her face. She could smell the E&J on his breath as he growled dangerously at her, his black eyes flashing angrily at her. ?No one doubts ME!!? He roared. ?I always ween!! I are Super Bloo!?

Risking being ripped to shreds by the monster, she moved her hand across the table and placed it on his fist, patting it gently. ?It?s ok, Buu, I won?t think you any less of a man if you just admitted that you have been beat. I mean, what is just one loss?? She pouted.

He hissed between his clenched teeth, his glare shooting red hot daggers into the woman?s face. ?Screw this. I can find something else more worthwhile of my time!? With that, the majin turned around, knocking the chair to the floor, and stormed out of the restaurant.

Violet and Kid Buu exchanged confused looks, and took off after him. It was never a good thing to let a drunken Majin loose on the unsuspecting throngs of innocents.

OOC: It was long, yeah, but I had a bit of ground to cover. ^_^

Trunks, after being attended to by the medical staff, felt much better. It was amazing how much rejuvenation could be accomplished with the use of one small senzu bean. Afterwards, he went to the booths and signed in officially, finding out that there was no way to leave the planet now. The Arlians were crafty; they didn't even have to kill Seventeen and himself themselves. It was almost a sure thing that they would both be dead by the end of the tournament.

Perhaps still feeling the dizzying effects of being gang bashed by a group of humanoid insects, the halfling entered the bar. Although not a big drinker by nature, Trunks still liked to whet his beak now and again. After all the craziness the hybrid had been through, it'd be nice to at least relax a little before he entered the death tournament, he thought.

The halfling walked into the bar, already filled to the brim with other particpants also anxiously awaiting the main event. He scanned the bar in hopes of seeing someone he knew, but he found no one. The prospect of drinking alone started him for the door, but as he turned he noticed a mess of black hair in the corner of his eye.

Trunks focused on the person at the bar. It looked to be Seventeen, sitting next to a white haired gentleman. The lavender haired prince strolled over to the bar and took a seat on the opposite side of the android.

"Jim Beam," Trunks ordered to the bartender, before gaining a painful stab in his side, "ugh, make it a double."

Seventeen faced Trunks. "Hey, you're here too."

Bulma decided to take note of something she had never seen before. She stared at the big board at the entrance of the building. She began scrumming at the list of names of the sign up board with her left finger.

Wait a minute; Vegeta isn?t even on this list. Oooh, they meant Trunks! So Trunks is here. I haven?t seen him for the past two years. What can I possibly say to him when I see him?

Bulma?s heart began to beat fast, and her body felt like jelly as she walked into the building. The closer she was nearing to the restaurant, the more her body continued to tremble. She had no idea what she would say to a son who she hadn?t seen for two years. Further more; she had no idea what he would say to her. Bulma took two deep breaths as she peaked into the restaurant. Her hands were pressed against the edges of the restaurant door. She took one last deep breath before she re-entered it. She looked around, until she spotted him, sitting with two others. A tear of joy came out of her left eye as she continued to observe him. She walked over to him and put her hand on his back. He turned around to see who placed their gentle hand on his back. ?Hey son!? she said to him with a pleasant look on her face.

From bar to bottle, bottle to glass, glass to majin and majin to door, Kid's eyes watched the progress of the scene with a sense of remarkable detachment. He had lost count of how many drinks they had each consumed, but that wasn't a fault of being inebriated, but - Okay, Hell. He couldn't lie to himself; he felt more wasted than a Mc Donald?s in Ethiopia. Of course, getting drunk had been his intention all along, but he hadn't expected it to go quite this far. He was surprised that Super Buu had managed to hold out for so long, and he had begun to actually question who might win. He'd hoped that it would end soon, but he hadn't expected Super Buu to quit. He sighed in disappointment as he stepped out into the night air, mournfully looking towards their table. Likely he would not see it again tonight. Farewell, Mister Daniels. Farewell, flaming Jesus.

"Whoa, cutie-pie," he said suddenly, snapping out of his goodbyes and reaching out to snag the lilac-haired woman's hand before she could continue after Super Buu. "You, ah, might want to keep your distance." He surprised himself with how clear-headed he was and the unslurred nature of his speech. This kid's body had more advantages than he thought. He frowned. This kid's? Sometimes it was hard to think about where Dunhan ended and he began, or the other way around. Which came first? He was only comfortable with knowing that he had absorbed the director, not the other way around.

Still, it wasn't a helluva big difference.

Buu was snapped out of his musing by the sound of a large crash reverberating through the still air. He winced at the sound of screeching metal as Supes lifted a nearby trash bin. "What'd you say tah me?!" the larger majin bellowed, shaking the metal housing as if it were a magic eight-ball and that he might divine some sort of response. Not getting one, the tall Super Buu hurled the offending container at the restaurant wall. It sailed listlessly through the air, as if resigned. For a moment Kid thought it might shatter through, but the building had apparently been constructed with the strength of its patrons in mind. The bin made barely a scratch in the alley wall.

"What do we do?" Violet asked, sounding irritated. "Should I go over and shut him up?" She licked her lips as she said it, flashing another one of those creepy not-quite-evil but not-quite-nice grins at no one in particular. Buu didn't like that smile, it always reminded him of one of those looks you'd think a psychotic killer would get as he listened to the screams of his victims right before eviscerating them.

"I'm don't think that's a good idea," Kid Buu warned again. He wondered when it was that he had become the supervisor of this little cadre, and inwardly groaned at the thought of having to be responsible for both the mess of Violet and Super Buu. "Supes getting angry is sort of like an oil fire. There's nothing for it, you've got to let him burn himself out." He nodded shortly, looking to the side at his female companion... Only she wasn't there anymore. "What the-? Oh my God, what do you think you're doing?!"

Violet looked over her shoulder at him as she shed the last restraint of her top and pulled it down her shoulders. She had a small frown on her face, the gentle light from the alley lamp casting a deep orange cast over her cheeks and lips as her hair sent shadows whispering over her eyes. It was hard to tell from that distance, but she looked like she might have been blushing... But it could have just been the alcohol too. "What does it look like I'm doing?" she said idly. "I'm going to stop him. Oh Suuuuper~!"

"Oh God, she's just as drunk as he is!" Kid muttered hoarsely, reaching up his hands and raking his fingers through imaginary hair, gripping onto his rubbery scalp with a faint sound of fingers on a balloon. "Hold it, Violet! That's not going to work!" He rushed after her as she exasperatedly turned around, putting her hands on her hips and giving him a look that could scorch. Buu would have paid more attention to it if she hadn't been thrusting her partly-clothed chest in his direction. "Uh."

"Uh what? What?" Violet snapped, leaning slightly towards him and giving the majin a little better viewing angle, her face glowering. He knew it was the drink talking, but suddenly the majin was acutely aware of the way her jeans tightly hugged every curve of her lower body, the scent of her body and the ripe swells of her breasts. "If it's not going to work, what do you think I should do, huh? Huh?! Let him wreck the place?!"

"No, no!" Kid raised his hands defensively, trying to keep his eyes on the woman's face and not the other more interesting parts of her body. He remained silent after for a moment longer and then looked up, pointing at her. "...You should take your bra off too."

When she gave him a surprised look, he shrugged and continued to lie. "Oh yeah, Super Buu really loves the jugs. You didn't know?" It's not bad because she's drunk, I'm not going to Hell. No, he assured himself. He felt a sudden rush of energy as the woman began to reach back around herself to comply, his breath hitching in his suddenly dry throat, his tongue caught between his teeth. Just a second more...!

At the moment of epiphany, Super Buu lunged up from behind Vi. He loomed, silhouetted by the amber orange light that spilled from the small lamp, his shape dark but distinct. "Hey!" He roared, causing a shiver to run up Kid's back... Right before Super collapsed onto Violet's back, stopping the motions of her fingers as he draped himself half over her. "Where the Hell iz zat Super Bloo, eh?! He shed he'd give me twenty zenis if I beat the shiz outta him. Oh, hey meatbag." He addressed the last to Violet as he regained his footing, reeling drunkenly from one end of the alley to the other.

"...Well, that was fast," Kid Buu observed. The moment was broken, and he was glad; the last thing he needed was to take a drunken gander at one of his teammate's boobs. "Let's take him to the park. He won't hurt anyone there. You know, except for the trees." He reached out and took one of Super Buu's arms, draping it around his shoulder and beginning to half guide, half kick Supes in the general direction of their destination. He looked back at Violet, raising his eyebrows. She looked a little angry about something. "Oh, yeah. You can, uh, you can put your top back on now. Thanks for trying."

Panbuukin had once again found himself in a dirty bathroom stall, as usual.
He always found himself in a dirty stall at one time or another, and each time from various causes. Not that he didn?t like it or anything. Him and his throne had become best friends..
Like that one time in the bar......

~Flash Back~

Panbuukin had found himself at his favorite watering hole, 'The Knock Out', after a long day of doing nothing but raiding his fridge. His fingers were crusted with the orange cheese powder from eating Cheetos, but he didn?t care.. Today, all the hefty Siayan wanted was to drink some hard liquor and pass out, instead of crying himself to sleep with his stuffed turtle, Walter. It was his best friend after all.

In his usual bar stool, PBK sat gloomily, a frown creasing the pudgy lines of his face.. Motioning the bartender forward with a wave of his hand, the bartender went to 'Buukin, ready to take his order.

"Bartender, give me the hardest stuff you got, and don't worry about a law suit or anything; with the day I'm having, dying of liver poisoning doesn't sound like a bad idea."

The bartender nodded, understanding the predicament his friend was in, even though he had no clue what was wrong with the Saiyan. Putting the glass he was cleaning down on the counter he turned around and went to the V.I.P. room, where he kept his private stash.
Finding an unnamed bottle of shiny blue liquor, the bartender returned, bottle in hand.
"Here you go." Spoke the bartender, setting the bottle on the counter. "Strongest I got, pal. This stuff could peel paint from a space ship."

Grinning like a fat kid with candy, Panbuukin swiftly snatched the bottle from the counter. "Hehehe, let's see how strong this stuff really is." Pulling the cork free from the flask, 'Buukin brought the tip of the bottle towards his nose. Taking a quick sniff, Panbuukin could feel his nose hairs burn from the toxic fumes. "Whew! I bet this stuffcould start a hover car!" smiled the paunchy Saiyan enthusiastically.

The bartender nodded in agreement, smirking. 'Well, no use staring at it, might as well take a drink."

Bringing the bottle towards the black hole that was his mouth, the hefty Saiyan took a swig, then once it had slid down the back of his throat, he stood blankly, the alcohol soon taking its effect as it rode to his stomach.. "This stuff is weak."

The bartender chuckled. "Heh, give it a few minutes, you'll see." Panbuukin was still skeptical, the alcohol didn't taste very strong.

_______________5 Minutes Later_______________________
Poor Panbuukin was inside a dirty bathroom stall, emptying his stomach inside a rotten smelling porcelain toilet.
"Oh my god!" 'Buukin spewed more slimy green projectile vomit, spending the next hour getting rid of the contents of his stomach. He thought his stomach was made of steel, indestructible, even from the effects of some kind of stupid hard liquor. He found out he was wrong.

~End Flash Back~

The chubby Saiyan shivered, reliving that horrible event.
The reason he was in a dirty stall, once again was because he had to empty the fluid building up in his bladder. Standing in front of the urinal, PBK was about to let loose a long stream of golden showers into the urinal, but as he was about to, he had an idea, a very naughty idea... Grabbing his water balloon packet, Panbuukin ripped it open, and grabbed a rubber blue balloon.....

_After 30 minutes and 30 balloons later_

Panbuukin had 30, filled to the brim, balloons, tied tightly in knots. Warm to the touch, the hefty grinned like a mad man as he grabbed the balloons and put them in his shirt, which had been tied up to look like a sack. Feeling relieved, 'Buukin left the stall with the sack of warm balloons in hand, and no one stopped to ask him why the bare-chested Saiyan was walking around carrying his shirt over his back, or what that shirt held.

"Hey son!" came a calming melody that soothed Trunks somewhat. He turned around to see his cyan haired mother. It was so long since Trunks had seen her, in his fused form or in his separate components. His future self hadn't seen her since he left for the past, and chibi Trunks conjectured it to be several years at the least.

"Mum!" he stood up happily and threw his arms around her, only realising his ecstatic reaction after he did it. HellFighter and his friend at the bar stared at him. "Uh-hmm," Trunks cleared his throat. "What are you doing here?"

Before Bulma could reply, an official of the tournament walked over to Trunks.

"Trunks," he said firmly, "you've been officially selected as the fourth participant of Dante's Abyss! Congratulations!"

"I'll try to contain my enthusiasm," Trunks replied dryly.

"Now come, to the VIP room," the official grabbed the halfling by the arm.

"Wait!" Trunks said, brushing the grip of the fat man away. "I'm talking here!"

"Come now, Trunks," he ordered. "You must come now, one way or the other." Just then, a group of armour clad men walked beside the official carrying rifles.

Trunks sighed in defeat. "Fine." He turned to Bulma and HellFighter. "See you guys later."

Trunks turned to Bulma and Hellfighter. ?See you guys later.? Bulma gave him one last smile as she waved goodbye to him. Somehow she knew she would see him again soon. Seeing her son had brought joy to her day. The two others that were with Trunks made their way out of the restaurant. The raven haired android gave Bulma a 3 second glance, and then exited the restaurant. ?Hey, over here bartender? said Bulma with her usual enthusiastic self. ?I would like an apple martini on the rocks, shaken not stirred. I would also like to order fries with two steaks and two quarter pounders!?

?On its way? replied the bartender. He looked at her once more, wondering how a slender looking woman like her had an appetite even larger than a saiyan?s. The cyan haired woman watched as the man began shaking a steel container. He poured the contents into a glass. ?Would you like some ice with that?? he asked.

?Yes please.? The bartender handed the drink over to Bulma. She began taking sips of her drink.

Nice!

A couple of minutes later, a waiter brought two plates of food over to her. ?Place them on table C? she said as she made her way over to it. She could clearly see that the table was empty. She picked up her drink and sat down on a chair, preparing herself to eat. At last she could eat without having to worry about the seeing the sight of any dead beings. The deadly stench had even left the restaurant, courtesy of Bulma Brief?s.

It wasn?t long before Bulma had finished her meal. She slouched on her seat as she put her hand on her stomach. She signalled for the waiter to come. ?Do you sale Chrystole?? The bartender looked at her, clueless. ?I guess not. Well can I have a bottle of your 1971 Macallan?? The waiter let out a gasp as he rushed off to talk to another member of staff. A minute later a man in a suit came from behind the bar with a bottle of dusty alcohol. He began dusting it off as he made his way towards her. ?I am the manager of this restaurant and I would just like to shake your hand Madame!? Bulma gave him an odd look, struggling to stand up from all of the food she had eaten. She slowly shook his hand. ?Look at all of these people around you Madame. No contenders in the history of Dante?s Abyss have ever ordered a bottle of Macallan. Of all the years of Dante?s Abyss I have never seen anyone with such an expensive taste as you. I understand you are the daughter of the owner of capsule corp. I only wish we had a bottle of Chrystole to hand to you. I?m going to be honest with you. This restaurant is below your level. It?s a pity you had to stay in a hotel like this. A woman of your value should be staying at the Dante Lanxuer. It is a 5 star hotel!? Bulma?s eyes lit up in glee. ?Once I defeat 43 others, and if I have the strength I?ll check it out.?

?You?re a pretty confident woman aren?t you??

?For real? she replied.

?Here is your bottle of Macallan. It has been in our restaurant since the first ever Dante?s Abyss. Nobody has ever ordered a drink of this quality until now!? Bulma received the bottle from the manager. She ripped off the top, causing both men to gasp, surprised with her level of strength. The manager stared in amazement.

How can one open a bottle without a wine opener?

Bulma sat at her table and watched as a waiter brought a brand new glass over to her. Bulma began pouring the contents of the alcoholic drink in her glass consistently until the entire contents of the bottle were finished. She slowly lifted the bottle from the table and stuck out her tongue. The last drop of Macallan made its way onto her tongue, like a rain drop falling from the sky. Bulma then collapsed onto the restaurant floor. The empty bottle rolled out of her hand, as she began snoozing.

"They sleep", muttered the namek in disgust as he stood looking down at the unconscious female. "They don't even have an awareness of whats going on around them!"

The namekian still had a long ways to get an indept know of the two races, specifically, this two companions. They were nothing like Lecath, his arachid companion native of his home planet. The namek looked down at his own hands. They could become weapons of mass destruction at any time he chose, while the human woman's had even had an attempt to cast ones life soul from their body.

She herself had said she was pure and innocent. Retane had a hard time beleiveing she was truly pure as she had a huge mouth that peirced ones ear drums nearly every time she spoke. The namek looked around to see others staring at him and at her. The look in their eyes were of hunger and savagery. They seemed to want to kill him and have her for themselves. The thought of what they might want to do to Bulma turned his stomach upsdie down.

"You get to keep your purity and innocence this day", whispered the namek as he hoosted her up on his shoulder. He carried her outside of the restaraunt to where Napa rested. After moments of looking around, the namek figured there was no where else to place her so he laid her across the saiyans lap.

He smirked for a moment as he stepped back and the sleeping Napa unkowningly placed his hands upon Bulma's breast. THhugh he didn't know much, he knew that if Bulma woke up first, the massive baldy would be in for it.

Perhaps, the mercenary thought, she would even be steamed enough to perhaps create a spar between the three later on.

The swordsman and the mercenary trailed behind the two playing cat and mouse. The walked in silence, till a quick yank spun Retane to an about face. Ready to strike and defend, the warrior had to check himself as he stared upon a Syntex soldier.

"What do you want", growled the Namekian, not to happy with Sentex since it was their aritificial light that glitched and caused him his greatest pain. Yajirobe, who had noticed his freind had spun around quickly, stood by his side.

"You are to come with me Namek. It seems that stunt you pulled earlier in the park caused the fans to vote you into the tournament", was the sly responce that came from the soldiers lips.

Retane's eyes widened a bit, surprised that he had been accepted. Though, he was quick to supress his excitement as he turned to his friend. "Yajirobe", came the calm words, "Tell Nappa, I'll be waiting to feel the earth shakebeneath his heavy steps and Bulma, that I'll be waiting to hear that megaphoned mouth of hers, on the other side."

Yakjirobe nodded and gave the namek a pat on the back, "Good luck!"

The black clad warrior followed the soldier towards the main building but not before letting his final words escape his lips, "I'll be waiting for you as well."

OOC: Bulma drunk a whole bottle of Macallan. There is no way she would be chasing Nappa around.

The sleeping warrior opened his eyes to find Bulma on his lap. The saiyan rubbed his eyes and raised the females head up. Bulma?s eyes slowly opened. All she could see was a blur. ?W-who is this?? she asked.
?It?s me Nappa!? replied the bald headed warrior as he gave her a soft slap to help her gain full consciousness of herself, but to no avail. She began tugging on his armour. ??..preeeease?take?me to my roooom! Rooom 40...1. Nappa looked up to see a black haired earthling talking to the namekian. ?Who are they?? he asked.

?The big one is Nappa and the female is Bulma!? The large being rose up with Bulma in his hands. ?I?m taking her to her room? he told her.

?Sure? replied the namekian as he and Yajirobi both chuckled.

Nappa walked through the fourth floor corridors until he reached room 401. ?Bulma?BULMA!? he shouted. ?Huh?? she answered quietly.

?I need your room key!?

?It in bag, it bag in? Nappa reached in her bag and pulled out her key card, and used it to open the door. He placed the earthling on the bed and sat on it while she lay down. ?What are you doing?.here? Go?go on leave, I?ll be fine. Not?so faaaast. Meh?meh key, hand it toooo meeee!? Nappa dropped the key next to her. ?We?ll be in the dojo? he said, before closing the room door to leave her to sleep.

"Ahhhh!" Announced Goku as he kicked open the resturant doors, not paying any mind to the people already there. "I'm starving!"

As it's been mentioned before, the word 'starving' has an entirely different deffinition when it comes from a saiyajin's mouth- basically; not eating for at an extended period of time, usually between two and four hours. By the spiky haired fighters count, it'd been at the very least, three or so hours.

He walked past the various fighters who were waiting for their acceptance into the Dante's Abyss tournament, oblivious of the unfriendly stares aimed towards him- more competion isn't what they wanted. However, the majority just shrugged off Goku's existance, no one was afraid of a five and change fighter with an atrocious appetite. That wasn't entirely true as many of the warriors present had either heard or met a saiyajin fighter, whose power could not be comprehended merely by size; but that was hardly the case of the spiky haired newcomer who not only didn't act like a saiyajin- he had no tail.

There was an empty table near the rear of the resturant, which was perfect for Goku since he would need as much space as he could get to fit all of the food he planned on ordering. It was quite a stroke of luck on his part, given the circumstances, at that point in the sign-ups the place was quickly becoming "standing room only".

"Hello, can I take your order?" Chirped a happy looking waitress.

Goku blinked a few times and looked up from the menu, a bit suprised at her cheerfulness- strictly speaking, he had been on Vegeta for awhile where customer courtsey was something of myth. "Uh, yeah okay!" He replied with his own cheery voice before shoving the menu in her face. "I'll just get two of everything in there, oh, and four orders of everything on page two."

She stood there for a moment in complete silence, and than nodded. "S-sure..." The waitress had been taking orders like that all day, but she never did seem to get used to it, and after seeing one of the visting fighters consume everything he'd ordered, she didn't doubt that this newcomer would be any less eager to gulp down his entire order.

"Looks like it's going to be a good day!"

She had now entered what seemed to be the restaurant area of the complex, where her desires for drinks and foods could be made true with the simple asking of her innocents to the bar man. Her clothes trailing from the breeze that gently passed her by did she set herself down at the bar, elbows on the table before her while looking at the many different arrangements of drinks to consume.

?Can I help you?? ask a deep voice from across the table area.

Selipa?s eyes landing softly over the figures body as she asked for a alcoholic drink. Then soon with no time to waste did she receive it. Her hand gliding over to grab it as she lifted it towards her lips, the cold tenderness of the liquid smoothly flowing down her throat was just what she needed.

Looking around the room, it seemed that a great deal of the combatants were among her. But she didn?t care, this was some time for her to relax and to go with the flow and if anyone would approach her she would take it from there. Yet however deep down did she have a feeling that things would become interesting rather soon.

After dozing off for what may have been hours, she lifted her head and stared off toward the various brushes and trees. Her eyes were glazed with sleepiness, but she knew that sleeping out here was likely a bad thing. Slowly the android lifted herself to her feet and brushed off her arms and thighs. She craned her neck left and right and shook out her limbs. The false sunlight was still shining down upon the park, but she cared little. Carefully she began trekking through the foliage and toward the exit. There was likely a bed just waiting for her, it would be more comfortable than the ground.

The signs and maps lead her to the correct area. It was a place similar to that of hotel, although not as glorious. She secured herself a room and promptly made her way too it. It was nothing special. It was a small room with two beds, and some other things. The blonde wasn?t concerned with luxury. She settled down on the comfortable mattress and then stretched out upon it. The ceiling was dull, so she turned onto her side and dragged one of the pillows into her arms. A sigh ensued, and she closed her eyes. She was actually pretty tired, it was surprising. It was likely that she was stressed.

Why wasn?t she even bothering to find him? Every other time she did, and he was always there. This time she was doing little to nothing. Anyone who saw her now would think she was nothing but a weak human. Of course, that could always work to her advantage. She could have the element of surprise. Still, she was god awfully lonely. All it would take was a quick search with her ki sense and the will to go out there.

What could be said? She was a mess. After sitting back up and then going to run cold water upon her face, she shook off the tiredness and exited the cozy room. It was highly probable that he was in his usual place, doing his usual routine. Some things never changed. In all truth, she did not know how long had passed. It felt like weeks, but it could have been less, or more. She rubbed her eyes and wandered away from the living quarters. Sure she was nervous, a little scared, and maybe even unsure of if he?d be happy to see her. It was his way; he was never all that sensitive, was he? Through all the time she?d known him, he?d always been that kind of guy. Not quite sure of her, and going along with life wherever it took him.

She stopped outside. The sound of talking and glasses and cutlery clicking together could be heard. She sighed and gazed at the people that both ate and talked. There was a bar, and a lot of people were drinking and minding their own business there. She felt as if time slowed down. People passed by her, and she hardly noticed. Even from where she stood she could see that ridiculously long hair and slouching posture. How many drinks had he had? Chances were that he had not even left this place since he arrived. She did wander closer, but remained away. It was nice just seeing him.

?Here you go.? She dropped down the last bit of Goku?s order on his table, which could barely stand the girth of all the various articles of food placed on it. ?I believe that?s all?? The waitress said between breaths. It had been quite a chore to go about bringing all of the food out- let alone prepare it; the staff had begun to wonder if he?d ever recover.

Goku looked up and blinked innocently in reply. He?d begun eating the very instant she set down his first plate of food, and hadn?t ceased for even a moment while she continued to bring it- so he was a bit startled when she spoke up.

?Your order sir,? she said, trying not to giggle as he sat there cheeks puffed full of food. ?That?s all, correct??

?Huh?? Goku gulped the entirety of the content in his mouth, quickly wiping away anything around his lips. ?Yes, I, uh- think so.?

?That?s good to hear, I hope you enjoy your meal.? She smiled, bowed, and then left the saiyajin back to his meal.

The saiyajin quickly returned to inhaling the feast before him, going through dishes as if he was nothing more than a black hole interested in devouring all the food within his event horizon. So lost in gorging himself, Goku was caught unaware as a hulking man in a white karate gi, sporting a Mohawk walked up to him- an angered look upon his face. That monstrous mountain of a fighter slammed his fists hard against the table to rouse Goku?s attention, but didn?t manage even a twitch from the saiayjin who was still engrossed with his dinner.

?Hey!? Bellowed the man, leaning forward until he was eye level with the spiky haired patron. ?I?ve been waiting forty-five minutes for my meal, and do you know why that is?? He raised an eyebrow questioningly, only to be replied by loud chewing and swallowing.

That was the straw that broke the camels back. His temper had peaked, and since the food on the table seemed to be what was distracting Goku, what better way to get his attention by merely removing that which was pulling his interest away. In one swift motion, the angered fighter swept away every plate, cup, and morsel off food right off the table- save for a lone drumstick which was in Goku?s hand. It took about few moments for the spiky haired warrior to realize what had just happened.

?Heeeeeey! Where?d my food go!?? Whined Goku, quickly scanning the whole table. ?Hmm, maybe I ate it all??

An important rule while engaged in a conversation with a family member: it is considered rude to suddenly vanish. Raditzu and Bardock had been swapping horror stories about their encounters with the Arlian race (Rad was in the middle of a particularly interesting one in which he had found no less than six disembodied Arlian fingers tangled in his hair -- a month after he had left their god-forsaken planet) when the elder of the two simply up and vanished, cutting Raditzu off mid-sentence. The long-haired saiya-jin looked around the table he was seated at, caught Gohan's eye and the two of them simply blinked. It was also at that time that they noticed Goku Jr. had also vanished, though no one had seemed to notice. With a shrug, Rad shifted his weight towards his nephew and finished his story.

"Funny part is, I wasn't even the one who found 'em." Rad interrupted himself with a swig from his cup. "I was minding my own business in one of my preferred dives when some jack-off comes flying over the table, knocking everything over: somehow I had missed the barfight that had started. Go figure. Anyway," the saiyan finished his beverage and waved to the nearest waitress to get him a refill. "I jumped and slugged the nearest thing I could find. While I was standing there gloating, the jack-off got up and went to grab my by the hair (something I don't recommend trying, by the way). Well, these Arlians have nasty little nails on the end o' their fingers an' when that guy grabbed me, he got a fist full of 'em. I was a little too... under the influence to notice my hair being pulled, but boy did that jack-off scream like a little girl. I turned around and did the general populace a favor by knockin' his lights out." The waitress set a new mug in front of Raditzu and was about to turn and walk away when the saiyan caught her by the wrist. He continued to talk while pointing to a menu in front of him and signing five orders of whatever was under his finger. "So, once everyone was lying on the floor, bleedin' and moain' I noticed the little Arlian finger stickin' out of his hand. Took me a couple of minutes to figure out what happened, but boy was I laughin' my ass off."

By the time Rad finished, the first of his order had been brought out to him. Gohan said something about going for a walk or something (who has time to listen when there's grub to be had?) and left with a nod. It would be several minutes later until the youth's absence was actually processed by the long-haired wonder, but that, too, would be quickly swept aside, though by something much more interesting than mere food. As Rad pushed away a dish and let out a content sigh, he felt a small shiver run down his spine. The warrior could feel someone watching him. More than simply glancing around the room, someone definitely had their eyes on him. If someone asked him how he had known, he would have simply said it was woman's intuition (while not entirely accurate, it was close enough for Rad). Very casually, the long-haired warrior scanned the room. It wasn't anyone he was facing. The warrior made to crack his neck, using the movement to give himself a better view of the restuarant. Still nothing. With a sigh, Rad simply abandoned his attempt at indescretion and simply turned around in his seat. Though his view was obscured as people walked to and fro, there was no doubt. The saiyan noisily jumped up from his table.

The saiyan had little qualms against shoving everyone aside as he made a bee-line to the androidess he had not seen since the Vegeta-sei rebelion. She looked as beautiful as he could remember. A pang of guilt shot through him as he neared, however, as he had (predictably enough) not actually mentioned when he was leaving. It wasn't as if he had intentionally been ditching her... it had just kind of escaped him to let her know. But that would all be rectified swiftly. As the saiyan approahced, Eighteen seemed to shift her weight backwards, but it went wholly unnoticed by Raditzu. He extended his arms as she came within reach and clasped her shoulders with a huge grin on his face.

"Eighteen! I didn't know you'd be competing in this thing."

The blonde opened her mouth to reply, but Rad never heard her. At that point in time she had been magicaly whisked away to the VIP lounge. Rad stood there blinked for several moments, not sure why everyone he tried to talk to vanished. His thoughts were interupted as he, himself, proceeded to vanish into thin air.
