Idols, how do you feel about the situation between Alexs and Chubbs. What do you think we can do to stop the rivalry?
I think the whole dispute is pretty petty, and would probably stop if we just dropped it. It's not like we need their blessing to operate independently. It's because we continue to press the matter that it's gone from silly disagreeement to 'amateur website wars'.
Quote:What do you think makes an active staffer/member?
Such as... what is being active to you?
Activity is a pretty clear-cut thing. It's pretty synonymous with dedication, as it's spending your own free time to remain active on the site. It means being able to respond to members quickly, without making them wait. Sometimes only one staff member can give an answer, and so it's important for the whole team to keep active.

What do you think is the most important part of the job?
I'd have to say answering questions. Whatever you're currently doing, people are gonna be asking questions. It's your job as a mod to be a source of guidance and a figure of authority. For this you need to be able to give people answers, whether it's about the saga you're running, or the rules on the main site. You can't bullshit, because people will always have time to look further, clarify, and say, "hey, you were wrong about this." Knowing the RPG you're talking about is a necessity.
Quote:What do you think the jobs of the other staff (Super Mods, Admins) should include?
Whereas I see Mod-Super Mod as more of an authority-based thing (since SMs obviously will have been around longer and dedicated more time to the RPG), there are a few things that SMs tend to lean more towards in terms of their job description. The more storyline-based stuff like running sagas, keeping the RPG running smoothly as a whole, and providing more 'reliable' answers to questions.
Admins are basically SMs one step up; the task of keeping the RPG running smoothly as a whole is probably the best description of their job. It's very broad. Often you have to clarify issues where nobody else can (especially if two other staff disagree over a rule). A key job of the admins is also regulating new content. It's down to you to determine whether content is fun and would contribute to the RPG, or whether it's just a silly gimmick that would be fun for a week and then ignored.
Through both of these, the regular 'grunt work' (grading spars, fixing rosters, approving joiners) remains, though its importance diminishes the further up you go.

B. What do you think the jobs of the other staff (Super Mods, Admins) should include?
A. Honestly, I can't pick out one specific thing. All things about the job are important, and I cannot single out one thing that ranks above another. I know that's probably not the answer you're looking for, but it's the one I have to give.
B. Super Mods and Mods are the little worker ants. They go around and do the updates and grading and general concerns, etcetera etcetera. That is what a Mod is for. They're the main line of help. When there's something that's beyond them, a Super Mod jumps in. Super Mods present more authority and hold more weight in issues. Super Mods also do a fair bit of planning as well, trying to figure out how to keep members active. I know this because I was asked to try and keep activity generated in RPGD. Admins take care of administrative issues, obviously, ranking above them all and making sure that the site is running smoothly and overseeing the others. Basically, they're the mechanics that keep Chubbs a well-oiled machine.

I have demonstrated that I have excellent work ethic and creativity. I stand by my performances during this competition, which have nearly always received top marks. As evidenced by my competitors, there were very few downsides to my potential as staff. I feel I am a very tough person to beat, flaws nonwithstanding.

Tch, jerk. You know I can't answer this without tooting my own horn.
Once again, like in my joining application for this whole darned thing, I hate to reference activity (since some people cannot be online all the time due to working hours) but yeah, it makes a difference. I'm online nigh-constantly, checkin' up on new threads and the like. Though I'm well aware that's a trait not exclusive to me.
I like to think I deal with things fairly. I've never been a person to let personal differences come in the way of doing my job (or, by contrast, I won't hold back on disagreeing if the person in question happens to be someone I like).
But what makes me think I'll win? That's a toughie, because I don't, necessarily. But, due to the above traits, I think I have a good chance. I didn't make it this far on luck.

Ok. This is the more retarded of the questions, but here goes.
Lets say you were promoted to mod. Everything is going peachy, you're updating like mad, keeping the peace the best you can, everything is smooth sailing. Suddenly, something comes up that takes you away for about, say, a weekish. You don't give much warning. Do you think this will effect your position, and if you lost it, how would you feel?
Also, if you became staff, how would that effect your IC roleplaying duties?
Fuck you, Photobucket.

How would you deal with the situation? Would you give the member his tp's, or would you handle it another way?

A week isn't much. I doubt they'd even notice I was gone (lol, Heffers). I doubt it would affect my position, as long as I explained the situation when I got back. Unless I was doing a horrible job and they were looking for any excuse to get rid of me, in which case, fuck those assholes I'm leaving Chubbs forever (or until tomorrow, whichever comes first >_>).

To my memory, and barring holidays, I think I've only ever been MIA once. That time, I posted a roleplay within the day, as soon as I noticed the tag. In all seriousness, I expect that staffing would consume more of my time, but I also expect that I'd be able to keep up with it. Obviously the only way to know for real is to actually put me in a staffing position. Fortunately for you guys, I've been doing random staff duties for the semi-final round, and posting all the while, so I don't think you'd have much to worry about.

What qualities do you think a saga should have?
Dear Lord, I can tell you a bunch. It's more than simply the qualities it needs, it's also very reliant on execution. The qualities also vary by type of saga, and I'll group most sagas into two main groups: Story-based and Tournament. The qualities vary for each:
Story-based
-An interesting storyline that can encompass almost any type of character and give them reason to enter, IC
-Multiple twists and turns that will keep the writers involved on their toes and constantly excited to know what's coming next
-A somewhat clear goal in sight at the end of the saga, something that they know will bring closure to the storyline
-An antagonist or antagonists that are well-developed characters with human-like traits, to make them interesting to deal with
-A time schedule for moving the saga along
-At least two staff members helping out on keeping the saga running. One person can TRY to do it, but it's just very, very difficult to handle alone. I'm learning this the hard way on FoF
Tournament
-Some kind of interesting backstory to why a tournament is being held
-An IC way to draw people into entering
-Lots of participants
-A few twists and switch-ups that will make things interesting
Obviously, a Tournament-styled saga is much easier than a Story-based one. Mixing the two together is probably the hardest to pull off.

How should a staff member act towards fellow staffers on public forums?
In my opinion, just like any other member: with respect. A staff member should treat a fellow staffer just like any ordinary member, except in times when rank is important when making important decisions on the staff board. Just because someone is on staff shouldn't alter their demeanor towards one another.

I'm not trying to be cocky with this question but:
Do you think you give as much effort as I did in the competition? If so, elaborate. If not, say why you should still be the Chubbs Idol.
and also:
If a new person is getting on your nerves by pestering you with questions and you have already told them the proper procedure and they still won't leave you alone, what would you do?
1) It would depend on the round. Early on, yes, I think so. Possibly a little bit more, if it's okay for me to say that. At the beginning, I had more time on my hands to commit to Chubbs Idol, so I could put in far more effort. In the team-based round, I would say that you and I probably put in an equal amount of effort, as we each fulfilled our duties in our different positions. In the final round, however, you had me beat, almost completely. You got to questions, joining pages, and moderation quicker than I was capable of. I also didn't have nearly as much time as I did at the start, and I still don't now, so when I was able to do something, it wasn't enough to compare to how much you were doing. I don't know what quests you designed, so I can't compare mine to yours, in that aspect.
Why should I still be Chubbs Idol? Because you people love me. =P
Honestly, because when I have the time to, I can put a lot of effort into something, and I do my absolute best to make something as good as I can possibly make it, when I am able. I also know how this place works, pretty much. I haven't been around as long as several of the staffers have, but I'm heading towards my second year here, so I hope that I've graduated from n00bdom by now. That's of course, still up for interpretation, but I tell myself that to go to sleep at night. =P
I'm also very good at sorting out disagreements. As a matter of fact, I actually ENJOY it. Mediation is something I love to do, and finding compromises is something I've just found to be naturally good at. But I don't want to keep rambling about why I should be Chubbs Idol. It makes me feel like a stuck-up prick for trying to explain why I'm "good" at something.
2) Remind them again, and offer to help them. Unless they're intentionally pestering me on purpose, I really wouldn't mind. I'll do my best to lead them in the right direction as far as I can. If I've done all that I'm capable of to help them and they still don't get it, I'll probably ask another staff member to help them out as well, if they could.
Sorry for not putting all this together, but I'm taking each question as I go, more or less.

Do you plan on being as active moderating as you possibly can be, not just sitting around and doing something mod wise... like once every two weeks?
1) I do my best to be fair to everyone. I may inwardly think some people are just annoying as hell, but I still treat them fairly, as I would anyone else. However, I must confess that I probably am weak in dealing with people who I am friends with. I don't like saying "no" to people, as Zarbon would probably tell me. I can do it, but I dislike it. However, in the event that an important decision was being made, and not something simply regarding how they want to write something in a saga, I'd be unbiased. When something is very important to get right, I'm going to make sure that I'm as unbiased as I can possibly be.
2) I'd like to say yes. I would hope to be able to answer that with a yes. Can I guarantee that? No. Why? Because I simply value real life over Chubbs. If that makes me lose this competition, then so be it. Real Life > Chubbs is the golden rule here, I believe. I would do my best to perform my duties, but when life calls, I'm going to have to answer. And right now, life is exceeding its monthly usage limit.

I can't really say. I was under the impression that OOC accounts would be banned for 24 hours in the event that they got a warning. I'll admit, the whole situation does seem a bit odd, with the banning and all, but it seems to follow the rules concerning OOC accounts as far as I can tell. They're more experienced members of staff than me, so unless there's been a rule change that I'm unaware of, I'm going to assume that they know what they're doing. Posting a warning wasn't necessary, but I don't see any harm coming from that.

Do you think it's approppriate to criticise a fellow staff member publicly if a ruling exists that you completely disagree with?
Also, how much time should you dedicate to doing your job?
Depends on what type of criticism we're talking about here. Outright saying something along the lines of "that's dumb, you're dumb, I'm right," is not good. Noting that you disagree and want to argue the ruling is, so long as it's respectful. If there's something I vehemently think needs to be changed, I'll make it known. In the event that it's something small or just slightly incorrect, I probably won't say anything other than "Well, I don't agree with you, but it's your call."
How much time? Do you mean as doing my job as a staff member vs time as a regular member (to put it simply, following regular IC needs)? Or do you mean out of real life? On the first, I'd put staff before my character in most cases, as long as it hasn't gotten to the point that me not roleplaying my character is holding other members up. But, if you mean real life, I just can't answer that. I get on when I am able, and "when I am able" fluctuates day to day. Sometimes I have 2-3 hours I can be on during a day. Sometimes I have 15-30 minutes. And sometimes I can't even get on at all.

To expand on my second question concerning time spent working as a moderator:
What does the 72 hour rule set mean to you?
To me, it means that I have to get to an update or whatever it is within 72 hours. I'll put other people who have waited longer into the 72 hour period longer. I won't put stuff off because I have 72 hours. If real life or other Chubbs responsibilities get in the way, it may have to be put on the back burner, and it may take me the full 72 hours to get to it. Hopefully not any longer, but I can't predict the future.

OR (If that's not appropriate)
What do you think makes an active staffer/member?
Such as... what is being active to you?
The situation with Alex's RPG? In all honesty, there is nothing we can do past this. Alex (assuming that's the RPG owner's name), is more or less, idiotically stubborn. Pardon me for saying that, but it's true. Based off of Reijin's conversation with him, even I'd have a hard time continuing to stay calm with him. Reijin presented irrefutable evidence to him, and he still scoffed at it, and basically told him "well, I'm off to slander your RPG on mine, and build myself up to be the RPG owner looking out for the 'little guy' from big bad Chubbs." His RPG is no longer of any concern to me. We've done all we can on our side, and there's nothing left for us to do. I'd like to say that there was a way we could negotiate to end this unilateral "bad blood," but he doesn't want the rift to close. And so long as he doesn't want it to close, it's not going to. We'll do our share to stay civil and not say anything bad about them. But if we're indifferent to them, and they hate us (which I don't think many members do, save the owner), we can't do much else.
To answer your second question, being active is not going MIA. >.>
Nah, you need to be able to roleplay often enough not to go MIA of course, but you do kind of need to interact with other people on the site here. But that's just as a regular member.
As a staffer, you have to follow those two above, plus undertake your respsective responsibility based on your position on staff, and do it within that 72 hour time span, so long as you are able. Or, if it's not a 72 hour thing, simply get it done, or as close to done as you can, within a time limit that you've set.

What do you think is the most important part of the job?
What do you think the jobs of the other staff (Super Mods, Admins) should include?
1) Keeping the members happy. If they aren't happy, it doesn't matter if you've gotten all your work done in a timely manner, or done whatever. The members are the lifeblood of the RPG. Sometimes you have to make a few of them mad for the greater good. The members are the RPG, and we're here to help them have an enjoyable time writing and talking with one another. If that's not happening, there's something we're not doing right.
2) Super Mods: Putting personal input into decisions involving the RPG as a whole, continuing to update/moderate, oversee the moderators in their duties, help enforce what the Admins are putting into action, and contributing new ideas towards the RPG
Admins: Make all the important decisions. They can still do some moderating, if necessary, but that's mostly for the moderators and super moderators. They need to make sure the staff functions together well, and that everyone is communicating. Also, they need to be listening to what the members are saying, and making adjustments and additions based off of that. They also need to oversee the work that all the other members of staff are doing as well.

I have no idea. No, really, I don't. I know that I've been around for a while, and I don't think I'm on anyone's "must kill!" list. I've also shown that I'm capable enough to be a staff members, albeit through my experience at FoF, I shouldn't try to ever take on an entire saga all by myself again. I don't know, I think I've itterated my qualities that would make me a good staffer before. But honestly, Bardock and Super Buu are both extremely good candidates for the position, and they were 2 of the 3 I honestly thought were going to win. Just as a side note, that 3rd person wasn't me. They've both shown over time that they most certainly have what it takes to become staff.

1) It'd have been my fault. If I didn't give warning, and I lost my job because I was away, I'd be maybe a little irritated inwardly, and I'd probably be like "I was only away for a week. Come on, can't you cut me a little slack?" But past that, I wouldn't question the issue any more. It was my fault, and that's all there would be to it.
2) I believe my IC activity would falter. Just based on what's happening on FoF, when I became staff, my once skyrocketing activity dropped steadily lower and lower the more responsibility I took on. I still remain active IC, just not nearly as much so as I once was. I'll still remain active IC here, in the event I become staff, but it will probaby drop lower, I'm afraid.

I don't know jack about coding. I don't have a darn clue how the training program works, because it accuses me of hacking it about every other week. I'd probably have to ask another staffer how to check if they are telling the truth, or ask another staffer if there was some way they could check on it. If there was no way of finding out, I'd probably give him the tps, and trust that there's no reason why someone should have to lie on an online RPG to get an extra week's tp.

B. Also, if you became staff, how would that effect your IC roleplaying duties?
A. The general consensus is that "real life > Chubbs." So, no, I don't think it would effect my position. If I've given the impression that I work hard, and will continue to work hard, it shouldn't be a problem. If I lost my position after said hard work for merely a week of absence, I would be upset, because I think that'd be a little ridiculous. The only choice I would see would be to try and understand why, and if given the chance to defend myself, I would, but if nothing was going to help my case, I'd leave quietly and just keep most of my frustrations to myself. I don't see a week's absence as a legitimate reason to fire/demote me.
B. To be honest, I don't roleplay often, and it shows. I lost Bardock once due to that reason, although there were some personal issues that contributed. My activity usually sparks around saga time, because I have more fun roleplaying in sagas than outside of. There is a good possibility my activity could slope further downward, to the point where I become another Goku (no offense). I would try to put up a roleplay every now and then, but I make no promises until I know better what my workload would be.

How would you deal with the situation? Would you give the member his tp's, or would you handle it another way?
The situation, to me, depends on what has made them not trustworthy. If it was making promises and then breaking them (e.g., saying they'll stop spamming and then continue to do so), they're still a liar, but it's a different kind of lie.
However, if in this instance he was the kind of person who would lie about TPs, as long as he presented some proof that could hold up and was confirmed to not have been in MIA status prior to or around Sunday, there would be no reason to withold. I wouldn't leave it at that, though. I would try to figure out the root of the problem and see why the TPs didn't go through (e.g., a coding problem). If it happened again, and that member came to me asking for TPs, I would start taking screenshots each week to make sure they weren't trying to weasel some free points as insurance, and continue the investigation of the vanishing TPs.
Quote:DRACULA MAN
A. Can you honestly say that you could handle a difficult situation between someone you personally dislike and someone who is your best bud, without playing favoritism? I am not quite sure how much of a requirement that is, but this is one of my biggest questions I ask all of my staff at DRRPG before I even consider letting them join my team.
B. If you had to deal with someone who was widely disliked, but had good intentions, can you honestly say that you would have what it takes to treat that person without bias, and defend them if they are in the right, even if it puts your OWN reputation on the line for defending them?
C. If approached by a much higher-ranking member, ie: Reijin, Raditzu, Burter Jr, and told that you had made a wrong decision when handling one of the above situations, yet you STRONGLY felt that you had done the right thing, how would you go about expressing that? Furthermore, would you pursue it if you felt there was a chance you were right, or would you just let it go?
A. I don't play favorites. I won't play favorites. The only proof of that is my word. That's all I can say.
B. Unfortunately, if they are disliked, it colors everything a dozen shades of gray. Members and staff can rationalize the way they handle or treat this person as being deserved, while the person themselves can have the complex that they are always being treated unfairly or cannot/will not see what they are doing wrong in the first place. A good chunk of the time, I stay out of something that does not involve me and simply ignore it, although you can bet I've formed an opinion on it. However, if it grinds on my nerves long enough, I will step up. If I personally see someone as being treated unfairly, I will say so, but if I also see that the person is simply being difficult, I will call them on that too. So, to answer your question, if I see someone in the right, I will defend them, regardless of the stake of my personal reputation. However, in the same turn, I won't be afraid to throw my personal reputation around to confront someone, either. I know a few people could stand up right now and vouch for that. I do what I think is right, just like anyone else.
C. If I strongly felt I was right, I would make that perfectly clear, and go about the list of reasons why I thought so. Would I pursue it or not? Depends. As I said above, I would be willing to put my reputation on the line, but I would evaluate if a pursuit in an instance would make any difference (you usually do this by talking it out with the person[s] involved). If it won't, there's no point. If I feel I can, I will pursue it. You have to learn to pick your battles. Not every one of them will be "fight until you die."

I feel I can fully handle the job, and perform it as well as any of the current mods. I would admit there are a few things in question of my ability (namely, activity, and if you count it, my being too old), and are valid points. I can admit that I've made mistakes and stumbled, but the more support I receive in learning from them, the more confidence I can take in saying I won't repeat them. I'm not saying I'll be perfect, but I'll be everything I need to be.

My charming good looks. Actually, honestly, there's not a quality I have that isn't displayed in some measure by current or past staff and therefore would make me unique. I guess if I had to pick something I don't...argue...a lot? And by argue I mean the bad kind?

If you became staff and noticed an extreme decline in the amount of people who liked/tolerated you and your decisions were greated with distate and anger, but the higher ranking staff did not feel it was worth neither you nor them taking action for, how would you handle it? By that, I mean that the higher ranking staff told you it wasn't worth a Warning or disciplinary action, but the players in question were continually ragging on you and getting on your case, day in day out, IM, PM, Boards, etc.
You would be forced to handle it yourself, one way or another. Remember, not only must you do what is best for your own sanity, but must also try and set an example for the players and other Staff Members. (*YES, the wait of these decisions WILL be on your shoulders. That comes with being Staff*)
I am curious what Bardock thinks will work for Bardock on the Staff Team of Chubbs DBZRPG. Keep in mind, a popular guy can become hated once staff, and a widely disliked guy can become popular once staff. It not only depends on how the players react to the news, but also your reaction TO their reactions.
I don't understand the underlined part in your question, but hopefully I answer it in here.
The scenario is, I'm a mod. First of all, I'm a big boy and am capable of taking care of myself, and I would not go asking the higher staff to solve a simple conflict for me. As a person and as a mod, I have a certain amount of control to tackle a problem with. I may ask for advice, but that's as far as it goes. Secondly, like any other person, I do want to be liked, but I don't place so much emphasis on it that I can't function if people say they don't like me or give me shit all the time. Nor do I place much emphasis on my own popularity or that of others.
If it was a personal problem, it would be as simple as a conversation to get to the bottom of things, and if that didn't fix it, I would ignore them. I am perfectly capable of turning the other cheek. If need be, I would read their PMs but delete them instead of responding, block any unwanted screennames, and not respond to their posts on the boards. Chances are, I'm not going to change their mind, and sooner or later, if I keep ignoring them, they'll let it drop. If they never do, that's just wasted energy for them, because they aren't going to get a rise out of me. I would still maintain my duties as necessary (questions, updating, etcetera), but I simply wouldn't speak to them beyond a professional boundary. Just because I'm staff doesn't mean I have to talk to them beyond that if they insist on harassing me. If I felt it crossed a line, I would warn them without bothering to "ask if it was okay," and I doubt the other staff would be so hard about it as to revoke that warning on the grounds that "it wasn't worth it." Should they decide to do so, there's not much I can do about it, can I?
But, if people were for some reason giving me (as a mod) a hard time, I would first stop and consider why they are doing so. Am I being a dick? Am I being too much of a hard-ass? Am I being unreasonable? I need to figure out if I am doing something wrong: what am I doing that loses me their respect to my authority? If it is not immediately apparent to me, I would ask them what their beef with me was. Chances are their answer is going to give me a perfect picture of what I am dealing with. If it's a problem I can solve by reasonably changing something I do, the problem ends there. But of course, this particular instance isn't as simple as that. So let's say they've decided to be a pain in my ass because I didn't slide in their favor of something or they're complaining about something. I would explain the reasoning behind my decision, and say it's going to stand no matter what they do, or try best to figure out how to resolve their complaint (or if need be, tell them that complaining isn't going to do any good). Again, if it gets to the point of ridiculousness, I will warn them, and as I said above, I doubt the other staff would be so hard about it as to revoke that warning on the grounds that "it wasn't worth it." Again, should they decide to do so, there's not that much I can do about it. There's a line between working with someone to solve a conflict and putting your foot down, and it's a line every staffer needs to know.
In short, Drac, I would do everything within my power to solve the conflict (peacefully) until I get to the point where there's nothing I can do, and have to simply accept things as are. If I should ever get to that point, well, then I'm not a very good staff member, am I?
Personally, I feel this question is under the circumstances that I have no power to do anything and my hands are completely tied, whereas in a staff position, I do have influence, even in the smallest measurement. But, hopefully I have answered your hypothetical situation.

Say a member posted in the Q/S/A stating that he never recieved his weekly tp's, and had somewhat feasible proof that it was true. Yet, this member has isn't exactly the most trust worthy in the past with the Staff..
How would you deal with the situation? Would you give the member his tp's, or would you handle it another way?
If they lacked that all-essential proof, then I'd have to say no, but with some indication that what they're saying is true, I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. This is assuming that their distrustworthiness doesn't stem from the same type of problem in the past. If they've lied about this very same issue, then I'd say no. Call it cry wolf logic, but I'm not willing to give someone the benefit of the doubt when they've proved to have lied about the very same thing. If it was something else, however, such as lying about re-using roleplays or forging conversations, whilst it would be a source of distrust it wouldn't apply as much.
If it persisted, then I'd check out the situation myself. Come sunday, on the dot, I'd check their training login to see if they'd received any TP. If they hadn't recieved any, then I would have concrete proof that they're telling the truth. If they had recieved TPs, I'd wait to see if they complained again about the same problem. And if they did ... well, there's a good chance they'd be banned on the spot for lying to staff. Before making any allegations, though, I'd check to see they actually spent the TP, and they weren't just unable to access it (through Firefox problems of somesuch).

A week isn't much. I doubt they'd even notice I was gone (lol, Heffers). I doubt it would affect my position, as long as I explained the situation when I got back. Unless I was doing a horrible job and they were looking for any excuse to get rid of me, in which case, fuck those assholes I'm leaving Chubbs forever (or until tomorrow, whichever comes first >_>).
What are your thoughts in terms of reliability and efficiency as a moderator if you were to have a multitude of these unexpected occurrances that take you away from Chubbs?
If they were random, unexpected, coincidental occurences, with no chance of me saying I'd be away beforehand, then I'd be more understanding (though still disappointed) if, upon returning, I'd lost my staff position. As soon as I got back, however, I would try to explain the absences. Depending on how long you vanish for, staff are usually pretty understanding with these situations, and I may or may not be reinstated.
If I knew that these occurences were going to be a regular thing, and weren't just random and coincidental, then I'd consider simply stepping down. If someone else would be more helpful in your position, why cling obstinately to a staff spot? This is, after all, what's best for Chubbs - not yourself.

How well do you think you'll do as mods? Honestly.
Pretty damn good, in all honesty. I can't say much more than that, since it's just opinion and I'd simply be tooting my own horn. If you want to see more substantial proof as to why I think that way; simply take a look at my performance over the course of the competition. If that doesn't prove my ability to handle staff work, then nothing I can say now will change your mind.
